Atendimento mais horrível que já vi no mundo! Para começar, qualquer pessoa que avaliou bem este local está acostumada com um nível baixo, criou vários perfis falsos para melhorar a visão na internet e enganar os estrangeiros, ou foi há 5 anos atrás! Logo que chegamos, fomos mal atendidos. Eles não são organizados, não possuem um sistema! O horário de check-in é às 11h30; saímos para aguardar a liberação do quarto e quando finalmente voltamos para nos alojar, a situação só piorou! Não há funcionários, apenas o 'dono' (atendente) e os familiares cuidam do local, incluindo as crianças. Simplesmente nos informaram que não havia toalhas limpas e só depois de horas elas foram disponibilizadas. Tivemos que tomar banho e ficar deitados na cama para nos secar e nos arrumar para sair para nosso compromisso! Não há ferro de passar roupa, não há telefone na recepção e não há elevador. Não há mais quartos disponíveis em outros hotéis! O chuveiro não funciona, é necessário deixar sair muito pouco de água para ficar morno. A torneira estava quebrada e a pia estava entupida. Como os quartos estão um em cima do outro, é possível ouvir tudo: portas batendo, pessoas chamando umas às outras nos quartos ao lado, etc. Acordamos antes do planejado, mas pelo menos saímos de lá o mais rápido possível, até porque nem café da manhã tinha.

Simplemente nos dijeron que no había toallas limpias y solo después de horas las proporcionaron. ¡Tuvimos que bañarnos y acostarnos en la cama para secarnos y arreglarnos para salir a nuestro compromiso! No hay plancha, no hay teléfono en la recepción y no hay ascensor. ¡No hay más habitaciones disponibles en otros hoteles! This was the worst hostel I have ever been to. Hygiene is non existent. People, who have written positive reviews, are either fake profiles or they have never been to a clean room in their life. The location is the only thing keeping the reviews up. Our room was uncleaned, the floor was dirty, stains in the bathroom, on the sheets and towels. The place is okay, but the staff treated us really badly. We are 4 people, who separated for 2 in each room. 2 of us wanted to stay for a late check out and when we asked how much is it the owner started to answer in an angry tone.
