Inti House — Restaurant in Machu Picchu

Normally I recommended places, but this one I just can't unfortunately.

There is to much salt in the food(the vegetable soup, the spaghetti and the chicken dry) as a start The brownie we got was hard, the pancake is too dry.

For the menu one of us asked to change the dessert(pancake) to an brownie and pay for the difference because the brownie is more expensive. On the Bill it said the whole price, not the difference. The waiters were not friendly at all and just wanted us to pay.

The music was played on a tv very loudly with bad quality.

In the same street there are way better, friendly restaurants...

Very bad service. Very slow service. Offer 10 % discount and an orange juice to make me enter in the restaurant. Forget 3 times to serve me the orange juice. Don't offer the juice at the end when I receive the bill. Offer only 10 % of discount after a long discussion, on the food only. Unfair place. The spinach soup was excellent and tasty, and the pizza was of medium quality. Service is very slow. A server start eg to take my ordet, continue to take the order of another table, and after another server comes to take my order, I receive the order of another table, I ask 3...

I went there and ordered a tea . Next to me came some other people to eat so the guy in the reception decided that he would take 3-4 different flags that was on their table and just throw them to mine. The tea was costing 8 soles on the menu and so I give the waiter a 20 note and expect for the change. He comes back with the chequebook leaves it on my table and leaves without even looking at me.
