I heard the food has improved in Chow King so went there to try some fast food for lunch. The food is ok. However the target customer of this branch at least seems to be still the very poor, i.e. Chow King seems to be saying: eat here if you want as our goal is to serve cheap food and not care about the convenience of the customer. Very unprofessional compared to other fast food places who appreciate their customers. Case in point: 1. Puddle of water from the rain outside remain plentiful all the 25 minutes I was there with no one mopping it up when it should be immediate 2. Yes, it took 25 minutes for my small order because even if the line was long and there were several empty cash registers, there was only 1 cashier. At their supposedly peak time of 12 noon no less. 3. While still talking to the lone cashier and asking some questions, she rudely just turned away in the middle of my questions several times to bark some order to the kitchen behind her. Eat here if you must, but most customers IMHO deserve better, specially when there’s plenty of other good fast foods who appreciate your business...
Read moreWhat’s summer without a Halo-Halo fix, right? So, I ordered Chowking via FoodPanda to kick off my summer taste adventure.

Then, there was the Wintermelon Lemon drink – a citrusy surprise that reminded me why I usually stick to their classics. But hey, props to Chowking for venturing into the milk tea realm.
Lastly, the star of the show, Halo-Halo. Was it a mountain of toppings? Nah. But it still hit the spot, even if it left me wanting a larger serving.
So, while Chowking may not be winning gold in my fast-food Olympics, their Halo-Halo secures a spot in my personal Halo-Halo...
Read moreIm writing this to commend 2 of your staff Ms Frankie Zamora and Sir Albert for their honesty. Not being known to me my cousin left 500 bill by the counter and left. I settled my bill via gcash. As we were waiting for the food, Sir Albert approached me and return the money and informed him it wasnt mine. Coming back from the toilet my cousin told me she left the money by the counter. Both Sir Albert and Ms Frankie immediately checked the cctv to find out if it was the money left and immediately returned the money. Working for the service industry for more than 3 decades I know how hard their job and yet they still value their dignity for being honest esp in the workplace.. so pls extend my gratitude for thei job well done. Definitely these 2 staff deserves a Commendation.. thank...
