La Parisienne Doha — Attraction in Doha

One cool peaceful place in the West Bay to have a coffee and spoil oneself with delicious food, never look anywhere else than La Parisienne Doha at the Intercontinental.

The display of fine art of bakery items is clearly evident from the various cakes and other savories on display. This is a work of a great pasty chef to excellence.

The restaurant is so airy, bright and seating well laid out well suited for a solo, family, a small group and an office gathering. There are some outside shaded seating for those cooler months to enjoy our coffee and a cake outside.

Their sandwiches and croissants are super delicious mouth watering and present a number of options for vegetarians.

A nice sandwich and a coffee is all it takes for a perfect moment in luxury and satisfaction for the well spent dollar.

When you are at the restaurant, do not miss the sight of their owen which is a replica of the 19th century art piece in pure cast iron.

There is plenty of parking on the roadside in front of the hotel and close by, and you can make use of the Valet parking of the Intercontinental hotel.

The restaurant and cafe is well accessible from the pavement for wheelchair.

There are well maintained clean, dry and well equipped washrooms to pamper you in the hotel...

a Parisienne has been a long standing place we like to go on the weekend morning when we crave warm carbs and coffee. I think I reviewed this place last year, but a good time to do so again, as it’s open during Ramadan fasting hours.

It has two deals on Urban Point.

Petit Dejeuner before 11am (4 warm croissants, 2 hot drinks and 2 juices) for 59QR. I recommend the hazelnut croissants, actually better than my usual favourite - chocolate.

These pictures below show the regular Dejeuner, available after 11am.

It includes 2 food items (pizza, bagels, baguettes etc), 2 decadent desserts, and 2 hot drinks all for 79QR. I would recommend the caprese baguette. The pepperoni on the pizza isn’t the usual colour, but it is veal (isn’t burnt), so it may not detract from the taste. Let us know. My kid liked it.

These quantities take into account doubling up with the use of Urban Point App.

Street parking opposite the entrance is probably the easiest opinion. There is a smoking area outside for those that require it, whilst inside is the place to be with its artistically painted French interior.

All in all, wonderful service from the ever friendly Erika, and fresh, high quality products, which will ensure we keep returning....

After a particularly hectic week, I found myself at La Parisienne for a much-needed l'apéro, and what a wonderful experience it turned out to be. Although they were busy, the atmosphere was relaxing. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.

I was fortunate to be served by a team of exceptional individuals—Erika, Jennifer, and Michel—whose attentiveness never wavered despite the full house. Their service was seamless, balancing efficiency with a genuine sense of hospitality. I was never left waiting, and every request was met with a courteous smile, making me feel truly cared for.

The ambiance at La Parisienne, with its warm decor and natural lighting, was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening. Despite the buzz of activity, I found a cozy spot to unwind, and it was clear that this place thrives on its ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience even at its busiest. The food and drinks were, as expected, perfectly crafted and delivered with impeccable timing.
