Looking for long or short term, this is the hotel residence type you should never doubt to decide. Luckily they have reduced the rate to reasonable ones and hooked me and all my friends up in making this place as our home away from home choice. We are merely 20 people of us decide to rent few units of 3+1bedroom apartment for long term stay because we fall in love the moment we saw everything. Facilities are marvellous, dining discount privileges, state-of-the-art gym, everyone does build up their body in this gym, complete wellness of Sauna,steam,jacuzzi,gym classes, hair dresser. Furniture and interior design are at luxury quality, cozy atmosphere in elegance way. Plus the best part is all the employees in every sections. You will feel like family with them and high professionalism is still maintained.

I tried to remmeber as much names as possible if this allows me to write: ms.Saruta from F&B, she makes my relax tea time at Gourmet always a memorable ones. She is one who knows how to leave a wow impression. I was with another guest and she does the extra mile that leaves my guest amazed with Kempinski service. ms.Sarrah from the Housekeeping, brilliant i would say. She is very quick in understanding what's guests needs and personalized it under very minimal instructions and she picks it up very quick. I am literally speechless. I came to check the new unit and everything is perfectly done to my preferred set up and I was hectic and have no time to be with her. She did all flawlessly. -ms.Judith the Lifeguard, i was lucky to meet her while i am with my other tenant. Her welcoming gestures and explaining the function of the wellness room (sauna,steam,jacuzzi) are impressive. She is very handy to understand as I was holding so many things and she quickly offer to place my bag on the bench when i was about to place on the floor. Super. -mr.Rajin from the Housekeeping who always cater to my extraordinary requests. -mr.Lakshan, i can never missed him out. He is the first person gave me the wow impression of Kempinski and always very swift in attending to any maintenance challenges we had in the apartment. Theres 1 time massive mess we did for the huge dining table and the it is all sorted in less than 12 hrs even. Beyond words. Mr.Ziad the Engineering manager who always supports the team makes the brand even more remarkable for standard of 5 star hospitality luxury standard. my thanks to Ms.Feriel & ms.Mariam, ms.Chow and Jenny. they are smart at the right position.can never thank them enough.

Ive have the best experience at the Kempinski residence and suits. From the valet parking to the front desk to the bell boy to the total experience from the entire staff. Speaking of the front desk Jenny, Mariem, Chau and Maneesh will always brighten your day with a smile and greeting and you are at home. Thank you for that. Hats off to theUpper, mid to lower management. They have set a foundation of excellence and it shows from the entire staff. The Kempinski has all the amenities that you need. From the Maya (Mexican restaurant), Gourmet house (Cafe), Zingo (Sushi bar), La Liga (Sport bar) and more. One that I appreciate is my apartment and how housekeeping knows exactly how I like my room cleaned. They go above and beyond my expectations and if there is anything I need or request they will make sure that it is full field. I like to give a special thank you to the housekeeping manager Sarah and my housekeepers Richard Tagbo , Suhirah and Jude they leave my apartment spotless and everything in order just the way I like it.
