Awesome market place. You get everything - spices to fresh water pearls to souvenirs to food. Resembles Marrakesh / Turkey Scene directly lifted out of Daniel Craig’s Bond movie. You get from street food to open cafes, to pearls, all sorts of souvenirs, Arabic food all reasonably priced. Very safe and all times of the day - could be said about Qatar in general. Locals are amazing and respectful. Definitely try outside dining. Have a ‘ Karak Chai’ local version of the tea w any sandwich or roll is a must have. Great place to hangout and souvenir shop if you are a tourist. Highly recommend
