We had the worst experiences yesterday on 3/1/2024 , gather for my birthday celebration with friends. Requested for heater to bring closer they mention , they can't move them due to no gas available indeed , it had a roller wheel to move , another one to replace ( was promise by someone else but another guy mention they cant do it) 2. Order morocan tea with medium sugar first , it never came with sugar, second order came with medium sugar , then another guy mention , you need to add sachets sugar every time you want ( A traditional moroccan tea , sugar is already added as per guest requirement n served ) which did not happen . 3 .shisha was served with extra tips though we request for it and was not at all to our expectation and others were taken take and serve n exchange of charcoal each n everytime.ours we had to request( 23h30, shipshape guy told us to finish , he will take it out , he keep on waiting at our table with inconviant looks . 4.morocan tea was not hot and was not fresh as expected , was very bitter and over boil for very long time , pour on a jug and brought to us.( one guy mention he is from moroco and had no approach to talk to customer n mention , he is from that country n that how it's served. 5.He got us another jug of morocan tea but in a very rude manner which we left it without drinking due to his bad attitude . 6.Quality of service is zero,.management need to set some good training n way how to approach guest .

Best place to taste the middle east! Great value for money compared to other places and the food is much better here! One of my favorite places as expat living here! Sit outside, experience the feel of the souq! Great for people watching, in the evenings some times they have entertainment passing by! Or just the guards on there horses! There shisha, is one of the best in town! Try the grape mint flavour! In the middle east, small plates of goodness to share is the way to go! And I highly recommend all of these (good for 4-6 people): hummus with meat, fattoush (great salad), mohamara(a red pepper, walnut and pomegranate dip- great with everything!) cheese rolls, babaganosch (diced eggplant, peppers) chicken livers(best flavored chicken livers i have ever had) potato hararra (spicy potatoes with garlic and coriander) shish tawook (chicken kebab) or mixed grill with garlic sauce! Great for a lunch or dinner, keeps you busy for a while! Great location across the art center in the souq, for a visit before or after your meal!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Le Gourmet in the vibrant setting of Souq, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. What truly stood out was their Lebanese breakfast package, which I found to be an absolute delight and great value for money. The variety and quality of dishes included in the package were impressive. From the freshly baked manakish to the flavorful labneh, juicy olives, and traditional Fettah, every item was authentic and delicious. The serving sizes were generous, perfectly suited for sharing, and the presentation was both inviting and aesthetically pleasing. Adding to the charm of Le Gourmet was the warm hospitality extended by the staff. The Lebanese supervisor was always welcoming, greeting us with a genuine smile that made us feel right at home. Similarly, the Algerian waiter was exceptionally attentive, ensuring our dining experience was comfortable and memorable with his prompt and courteous service.
