Read moreBest place to taste the middle east! Great value for money compared to other places and the food is much better here!
One of my favorite places as expat living here!
Sit outside, experience the feel of the souq! Great for people watching, in the evenings some times they have entertainment passing by! Or just the guards on there horses!
There shisha, is one of the best in town! Try the grape mint flavour!
In the middle east, small plates of goodness to share is the way to go! And I highly recommend all of these (good for 4-6 people): hummus with meat, fattoush (great salad), mohamara(a red pepper, walnut and pomegranate dip- great with everything!) cheese rolls, babaganosch (diced eggplant, peppers) chicken livers(best flavored chicken livers i have ever had) potato hararra (spicy potatoes with garlic and coriander) shish tawook (chicken kebab) or mixed grill with garlic sauce!
Great for a lunch or dinner, keeps you busy for a while! Great location across the art center in the souq, for a visit before or...

The variety and quality of dishes included in the package were impressive. From the freshly baked manakish to the flavorful labneh, juicy olives, and traditional Fettah, every item was authentic and delicious. The serving sizes were generous, perfectly suited for sharing, and the presentation was both inviting and aesthetically pleasing.
Adding to the charm of Le Gourmet was the warm hospitality extended by the staff. The Lebanese supervisor was always welcoming, greeting us with a genuine smile that made us feel right at home. Similarly, the Algerian waiter was exceptionally attentive, ensuring our dining experience was comfortable and memorable with his prompt and...
