Ard Nablus Restaurant — Restaurant in Doha

Worst morning ever! We went for breakfast, 🧇 ne of the things we ordered was vegetable mix plate they got us mkhalal we told them to replace but it never came. We ordered water, it also never came. The manager or don’t know who is she exactly is screaming and yelling at in front of customers and is very rude ! At the time of the payment we told her we did not order mkhalal we ordered vegetable mix she said this is the only vegetable we have in a rude way. Ignorant and 9 knowledge of good customer/client service. Terrible hygiene, Coffee cup was dirty !!!! Honestly with the service in qatar being usually excellent this restaurant should be closed if it is operating this way. A couple a blocks away Abu chariha has a very long queue of people waiting to be seated and you understand why someone would rather wait for 1 hour and enjoy a break fast meal than go to a horrible restaurant. Youcef should take this as a wakeup call as he his currently the absolutely worst server I have seen in my travels all over the world.

He completely screwed-up 2 of the 3 orders and then had a very nonchalant attitude towards it. He did not visit the table even once to see if we needed anything. Afterwards he came by when I kept on asking for him to take payment. He said sorry, took payment, and left without offering me the receipt.

I don't play the victim so I won't dwell too much into this, but Youcef was super chatty and nice to the white European tourists who arrived as we were getting ready to leave. Sadly, that's the mindset in the Middle East.

The food itself is ok. I didn't get what I ordered (lamb shawarma over hummus.) So, I don't know how it tastes. I'm sure Nablus is a great restaurant, but I won't be back. There are many other...

First and probably the last time (unless they fix themselves), the welcoming was good and hospitable; but all thing went crumbling down when it's time to eat: The busboy was handling utensils from the scoop in this time of covid. We told him to change them but he didn't. When the food finally came, we told him again to change them and he did, which he took his sweet loving time bringing 4 spoons and forks, the food went cold and lumpy. We asked to change one of the plates he didn't do it, we asked for a chicken shawarma and it never arrived (it was on the bell bill was cancelled). It was freezing cold and windy, they haven't turned on the heaters and left everyone freezing

There were only 3 tables at that time and the waitres were slower than a turtle.
