I visited Tea Time Shop at Souq Waqif on June 15, 2024, at 6:00 pm and was disappointed with the service provided. The delivery service was unsatisfactory, which significantly detracted from the overall experience. It appeared that the evening staff lacked proper training in customer service, which is a critical component of the hospitality industry.

After completing the payment, I expected a courteous interaction; however, the service supervisors and counter staff exhibited arrogance when inquired about the order status. This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.

Regarding the food quality, it did not meet the expectations set by the price or the reputation of the location. Customers anticipate a certain standard when they decide to wait and purchase food from an establishment, especially in a competitive market like Souq Waqif.
