Positive: The staff was beyond polite and pleasent during our first visit, as well as on the phone. They are able to recognise what you like, so they can suggest nice dresses for your taste. The wedding dresses are really beautiful and light to wear, there are many choices. The hair jewelerry, the veil, the purse, and portable sleeves are included in the price. I looked perfect!!! 🤩

Negative: They don't let you take any photos at any time - I forgot what my dress looks like on me and had problems choosing earrings, neckless... During the second visit (the fitting) it was fine, but again the politeness from the first visit was gone. During the last visit before the wedding (2 days before), they only allowed one (!) person in the salon to learn how to close the dress, hook and unhook the tow of the dress, so you must "chase" this one person all night in case you need adjustments and this is frustrating. The stiches that held the bottom of dress lifted from the floor were SO LOOSE that the bottom of the dress opened up from the fold that kept the dress above the floor before I even left the house, and that's why I and others stepped on the dress often (see the photo). When I returned the dress, they accused me that I must have changed the shoes (which I didn't) and that is why the bottom of the dress was dragging on the floor, and not because of the faulty work of their tailor. My wedding dress was so beautiful and good material. The staffs was so friendly even though some of them couldn’t speak English with me. They help me suggest the dress which is suit on my body and suit for wedding venue. I just would like to have some comments about adjustment. I think you should adjust it more properly than this. On my wedding the rim of the dress which is adjusted went down after few steps. It looks a bit weird because my dress has 3 layers, the layer which went down was the inner one. Bridal je jedan od retkih salona venčanica koji zaista razume da nisu samo u industriji iznajmljivanja venčanica, već u industriji personalizovanog iskustva za buduće mlade.

Tražeći svoju haljinu, obišla sam salone venčanica gde su se posvećivali tehničkim i logističkim aspektima haljine. Uvek je pored mene bila i neka druga devojka koja je probavala haljinu, što je pogrešan korak u poslovanju. Mlada nikada ne treba da se poredi sa drugom mladom. Poređenje je kradljivac radosti.

Loše osvetljenje, male kabine sa pomerajućim zavesama, gomila ljudi koji su me gledali i prodavačice koje nisu posvećivale dovoljno pažnje učinili su da se mlada ne oseća posebno, već kao još jedna na traci.

U atmosferi Bridal salona je sve bilo drugačije. Bila sam u izolovanoj prostoriji koja je mirisala kao božićna jelka uz zvuke Franka Sinatre u pozadini. Svetlo je isticalo samo dobre stvari a sakrilo one malo manje dobre.

Zaposlene devojke su bile veoma prijatne i nasmejane, što se uklapa u njihov celokupni brend gde nema mesta negativnosti. Učinile su da se osećam posebno i znale su da haljina nije bitna. Bitan je osećaj koji nastaje u haljini. To nije samo komad materijala, već celokupan utisak i iskustvo koje Bridal tim veoma dobro razume.

Kada sam pokupila haljinu nakon korekcije, imala je voćni miris koji je trajao sva četiri dana koliko je bila kod mene. Cela kuća mi je mirisala na to voće, sve do poslednjeg dana. Ne znam kakve napitke Bridal tim ima u svom arsenalu, ali definitivno znaju kako da stvore i održe magiju.
