Absolutely shocking! I genuinely thought I wasn’t going to make it out alive. Myself and my partner booked a 2 hour safari experience where we mentioned to the lead guide that it was our first time jet skiing. Well it was more of a race and a near death experience from the height of the waves and the fast pace trying to keep up! He went that fast I was slipping off the jet ski. I cried for the whole 2 hours of the experience where the guide just told me to drive faster and try and keep up! No care of their customers at all. We went to one cave and went back! The guide was so unprofessional and rude it was unbelievable. His ‘apprentice’ also did not look after us. They all sped off and left us beginners behind. Furthermore, when we stopped off at this one cave, the apprentice began to lite up his cigarette and threw it into the sea! Unbelievable. Following on from this, I purchased 20€ worth of photos that was took from the lead guider where 2/8 were slightly decent. They sent me blurry photos of us both and photos of the camera man’s finger and the jet ski. I therefore wrote to the company complaining where fair play they did refund me the 20€ and offer me a special discount for next time. I can reassure the company there will not be a next time. Sod your special discount, I’d rather keep my life at a young age. Don’t waste your €90! Awful experience.

Some variation in the reviews for this place. Visited this place Wednesday 2nd August 2023 with my son after booking two single jetski's to do a 40 minute safari. We arrived 15 minutes before hand and were given a life jacket each and once the other participants had arrived were given a rundown on how to use the skis and how to climb back aboard if we were to fall off. Some reviews say no tutorial given. But in our case a full safety run through was given. We then mounted our skis and the instructor towed us out of the port into open water. Once there the instructor directed us to move into a safe open area 50 meters apart and then we were off. The skis are fast and great fun . Keeping formation wasn't really a problem and gave enough room to really have some fun safely. At the half way point we all stopped and photos could be taken ,then we headed back. Same as before the skis were quick and fantastic fun. We arrived back at Port and then again towed back in. We enjoyed it so much we came back on the Friday and did it again. Just as much fun ,if not more the second time as we knew what to do and had gained some skill on the ski. My son had a riot. Highly recommend these guys . Had an absolute blast.

This is the company to use for water based activities in South Tenerife. The staff are all so friendly and clearly passionate about their work. We did jet skiing and also were lucky enough to get out on the Opera 60. The jet ski hour was great, quality machinery and kit and a great morning on the water. Opera 60 has to be the best way to have a full morning out on the water. We saw a good sized pod of whales up close and the boat was professionally crewed. Food was lovely, and plenty to drink. The exclusivity of the trip was what made it. The boat could take 40 plus on board but is limited to 12. As such loads of room, and felt more like a priva charter. Well worth every € we spent.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

Myself and my girlfriend booked for a jet ski safari (1 hour) with this company.

Our initial book time was for five o'clock on Wednesday. We arrived ten minutes early only to be shouted at and told we were late and the group had gone on without us. When we showed our ticket saying 5pm the woman advised that she wasn't sure why we were told five o'clock and continued to blame us for the delay in the group. We were booked on for a jet ski on the Friday at 4.30pm.

We arrived at 4.20 ( just to be sure) and were given a demonstration of our lockers and provided with life jackets. We were hastly told to sign a waiver (in the form of a sign in sheet). We were then ushered onto a boat and brought out to jet skis. Once on the jet ski's (which were quite far outside the bay) we were shown the ignition and provided with the gesture the guide would use to tell us to stop. We were advised to keep a minimum of 50 m between us but were not given direction on who was to go where ( there were four jet skis in total). We were not told how to use the jet ski or what to do if we felt we were in distress.

The guide then took off at speed and went out of sight. We attempted to manoever the jet ski without direction but found the throttle went from zero -zero-zero to one hundred very suddenly and jerky. The rev counter was not working so it was hard to workout the speed at which we were travelling. The waves were choppy and steering was well oiled which for a more advanced jet skier is perfect but for a novice is quite frankly terrifying.

Following a few dodgy turns we eventually got the guides attention. The guide mocked us for not knowing how to drive the jet ski at speed (despite us telling him it was our first time). We decided to continue on as we felt we might get better with a bit of practice. The guide brought us all out further to an even choppier part and at this stage we were concerned for our safety. At this point, were we further behind the group and decided to take a quick second to steady ourselves. The guide came back and when we asked for direction and questioned why the throttle was not slowly building speed but instead jerking from nothing to full throttle the guide proceeded to request I sit on his jet ski while he paraded around me in a circle with my girlfriend on the back of the jet ski. He mocked me as he returned to his jet ski (which I was sitting on) and advised "it's the ocean baby". I requested to go back to shore feeling very unsafe.

We arrived back to the center by boat and again were given the same story of how it's the ocean and maybe it was our fault that we just don't like adrenaline.

Here is my argument:

If it is "the ocean baby" and therefore dangerious why not provide a bit of a safety demo? Or perhaps a simple instruction of the does and don't? Or perhaps just show the user how to use the jet ski efficiently?

If you are providing high speed equipment then why not ask a simple question of "have you jet skiied before?"

If you are bringing people out to the ocean to engage with water sports you have a responsibility for their safety. Why not ask "hey have you any health conditions we should know of?" .

The service we received was quite frankly dangerous. Unless you are a skilled jet skiier do not go out into the ocean with this company - absolutely NOT...

We had an amazing time jet skiing, we've never been before so chose the one hour safari, where you go out on jetskis alone or in pairs, with a guide travelling ahead. We were together with two other couples and a single and went out on a boat before switching to the jet skis. We were given clear instructions and life jackets, and the instructor guided us well. We went out quite far and then stopped for a swim (optional of course). The sea was much warmer than I expected, and the jet skiing itself was exhilarating. It's definitely easier if you're driving yourself as opposed to hanging onto your partners waist! Especially if you hit a big wave, as you can stand up and control it better. We booked online and got a 10% discount, but realised when we were on our way that we only booked for 20 minutes. They let us upgrade on-site without any problems. Also, we got lost and were late and when we called to let them know, they let us change the time to a later one. And not only that, when we finally arrived and showed our booking confirmation, the extremely helpful young man pointed out that we (or better said my partner, haha) got the date wrong and we were actually booked in the day before, yet they honoured our booking which they didn't have to. They also do a host of other activities, including parascending, flyboarding, banana boats and much more. There is plenty of parking spaces and free lockers for your things. They take lots of photos of you riding and swimming, which you can purchase for 20€, and they will email them to you. We thought it was well worth it. Tip: Don't wear hats as you go so fast they will fly off. I would recommend tight fitting sun glasses, I didn't have any and couldn't see at times from water in my eyes. My partner had glasses and was ok. All the staff were really friendly and professional. We will definitely come back and try the...
