Full Review: Amazing Shopping Experience at Westfield Glories Barcelona ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Review: I recently visited Westfield Glories Barcelona, and overall, it was a great shopping experience. The mall has a fantastic selection of stores and a vibrant atmosphere. The variety of shops cater to different tastes and budgets, making it a go-to destination for all shoppers.

However, I did have a minor concern during my visit. I felt slightly intimidated by the security presence throughout the mall. While I understand the need for safety measures, it would be great if the security staff could be more approachable and friendly towards visitors. This would help create a more welcoming and relaxed environment for shoppers.

Despite this, I must commend the mall's cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The mall is beautifully designed, and the layout makes it easy to navigate between stores. The food court offers a wide range of culinary options, ensuring there's something for everyone's taste buds.

Overall, Westfield Glories Barcelona is a fantastic shopping destination with an impressive selection of stores. With a few improvements in the approachability of the security staff, it would be even more enjoyable. I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area! 🛍️📍✨

Worst service ever. I had ordered a shirt twice because it was not in good condition when I received it. The second one also arrives with damaged neck so I proceed to go to the sore again to ask for a return.

The staff at the store accuse me of using it and that they will not accept it. Apart from assuring them I had not used it, the shirt had all the tags intact on it, I had the receipt to prove I bought the shirt few days ago, I had proof its the second time I buy the same shirt, and I had it all in the original wrapping/packaging.

The person said there is no way they take it and I left the store.

In sum, very bad service. Not only because they did not accept the return, but also because they never attempted to hear what I had to say. I left with a feeling I was embarrased by the staff in front of other customers when they wrongfully accused me of returning a shirt that they claimed I had been used.

Sad that stores like this which i have been a frequent customer hire the wrong people for the job.

This is set out in quite a weird way, the shops at ground level are spacious, big, airy and feel easy to walk around.

The lower ground floor feels dark, even though they are open air, with regular atriums and plants, the ceiling is low and doesn't speak to a luxurious experience.

In addition, unlike a regular Westfield, there's no food court. There's a few restaurants outside on the ground floor but no communal eating area. However, there is a nice big Carrefour with a clothing and outlet section.

Overall, it was a useful spot as we stayed nearby and liked having groceries within a few minutes walking distance so we could take things home but compared to the Westfields around the world, Carrefour aside, it's not a destination mall. Only if you're trying to find something in a store that another branch...
