Lovely shop. Beautiful jewelry and glasswork (combined with photography), all homemade by the enthusiastic owners, who were willing to explain/show everything we wanted to know about the items and the manufacturing processes. We ended up buying a set of glass bowls inspired by the Albaicin city map and had it shipped (we did not dare to take it on the plane, risking to break it). The packaging was superb with lots of attention to detail. Everything arrived safely in Holland after a few days. We are very happy to have discovered this shop while looking for some shelter against the afternoon heat during a walk in Albaicin! Juan and his staff treated us very well when shopping at his store. The many varied pieces at his store were all tasteful, attractive and, above all very creative. We purchased jewelry, photography and bowls made of repurposed glass, which are delightful. They were very helpful with shipping these to the US, which was done very professionally. The bowls arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. To top it all off, we got a message from Juan asking if they arrived safely. Overall, you cannot find a better store or better service. This studio is full of art made on-site! The art is all fun, creative, enjoyable to look at, and has some unique elements. We purchased one of the bowls that is a map of Sacromonte to help us remember our fun day exploring the area. I've never seen anything like it! I also enjoyed the small pieces the size of an old Polaroid photo, including the white border, and fused with a clear glass cover. The light fixtures are fun and provided ideas for our house.
