Our guide today did a great job, despite some other visitor who had a complaint about the guided tour being bilingual English/Spanish. The guide was very professional and handled the situation correctly. Since this other customer - a lady from the US - had complaints about the guiding being in English, the guide solved this efficiently by giving the explanations first in Spanish, and then in English separately for those who were interested. We also got very good treatment and a very informative tasting of jerez wines. The guide should have 5+ stars for her job today! I highly recommend this place for anyone who is interested in knowing more about...

I recommend everyone to do a sherry tasting here ! We had an English tour from Maria, and she explained everything perfectly. The bodega itself is very nice and beautiful as well. We got to taste 5 sherry's, all 12 years old, they were delicious (especially the sweet ones for me). She also let us taste two brandy's, vermouth, and the 5 year old PX because I was interested in the difference (it is really good too, can't wait to make some rich sauces with that one!). We had a tour at a more known bodega (lustau) the day before which left us a bit disappointed, but Maria made up for it and more ! Highly...

Excellent place. It was the first Bodega that we saw when walking from the train station into Jerez. A tour was about to start so we joined it. Around 16 people, all nationalities. The tour was in English. Maria was the host. She was Excellent and pitched the presentation just right for someone who had only a basic knowledge of sherry (they also do Vermouth, brandy, vinegar and liqueur). Excellent tasting to finish. One word of caution, the damp atmosphere seems to attract lots of mosquitos, even at the end of October. Those of us with bare legs found them...

Old place where you can buy a few types of sherry straight from the producer...friendly and English speaking. Sweet, dry, old aged, and even Vermouth. Choice between labelled bottles or you bring your own empty one and let it be filled. But surely this is for the locals who qeue with their own bottles and big plastic containers. They sell empty bottles so no need to worry. You do get a 1 liter bottle so you get more! I have not tasted my Cream sherry or my dry sherry or my Vermouth yet, but taste is so personal!😉
