I had the pleasure to dine at the ATUVERA tonight. I wasn't prepared at all to have such experience. The fusion food offered here deserve the best attentions and from one dish to the other that was truly a travel experience, I felt like an Andalusian coming back from a long trip and having the perfect memories of all the flavors I enjoyed around the world and at the same time happy to be at home here in Jerez again. Everything here is balanced, complex, rich, a synesthesia experience of the cuisine. Much work is spent in the presentation as well. We are here in a totally different world than the usual Andalusia restaurant, but still with strong roots to the traditional local cuisine. This is a great honor to the Andalusian cuisine.

I suggest you ask the staff to have a gourmet experience by trying small pieces of may be everything, they even speak a good English indeed, and they can adapt the many tapas to your taste. Don't hesitate to try small portions and many dish, you will understand all the talents they have here, you will get the message clear and loud, they compete with the best.

I am not shy to say this is one of the best experience I ever had in Spain, food is f* good, with the most charming staff ever, the price is perfect it fits the logic of having quality food at reasonable price. Honestly, skip the lunch if you have to, and spend it for an even larger dinner in Atuvera you won't regret it.

If now I tell you I am a top chef in a Parisian restaurant, it is not a lie to say I am impressed and more hungry than ever.

Those pictures below are pork cheeks in local sherry that got several twist of influences that combine in an unprecedente way, and the other: fusion Asian tagliatelle of rice with nero di seppia and perfect complement of a rich mousse and fresh sprouts, surrounded by Japanese...

ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE

No exagero, me quedo corto. No me extraña. Estamos deseando volver. Volveremos a...

Tourist-friendly, modern eatery in the middle of a famous flamenco street. Menu is in English. The food here is sloppy, given the prices. Unfortunately Jerez is in the middle of its love affair with the genre of Asian Fusion Restaurants. (Throwing soy sauce or ginger in a dish doesn't make it clever, or good!) Temperatures and textures were also off. It all just comes across as a superficial understanding of Korean or Japanese or Thai or Chinese or all these other cuisines from which they borrow flavors and blend...

Solid/Top Drawer, Special place. Very Very few hours that they are opened- so get there early for a table/make reservations. Every item on the menu is well prepared, I had 4 items, and recommend the "POP" flavors that really make this place OTT/over the top. Super special place/location- sitting outdoors when the weather is cool/comfortable....is really nice/the neighborhood vibe is really nice. Bottomline....run, don't sit there....run now...to the phone...get into this place...it is wonderful....
