The room was barely furnished. The bathroom was dirty. But the worst thing about this place and why we would not stay here again is because we could not sleep in the morning because the maids scream at each other from 7 to 10 am when we checked out. We needed to sleep because we were going on a trek and at 7 am we were awakened with doors banging and the maids both of them screaming when we left we saw a third maid across the street in their other building and they were screaming at each other. it was a hellhole. also the owner has poor taste since he came around and screamed into the hostel for the maid from the street instead of opening the door. Maybe he was a manager but he was never around only the screaming maids it was extremely tacky. The night we got there we met a really nice girl from another country and she showed us her room and the bathroom and they were filthy. We felt so bad for her because she paid everything in advance and of course this lowlife manager would not refund her money. These people gives our country a bad name. I am warning foreigners about this place. Don't pay in advance. Make sure you check the conditions of the room...

All have air con, TV with only Spanish channels. Excellent hairdryer in bathroom. Basic shower gel/shampoo provided, and clean towels.|In all, basic, comfortable and very clean. No complaints at all in this quirky pension/hostal. In the room we had it was so very quiet. The hostal is on a quiet street. |Breakfast was simple, coffee, tosta, a small cake and orange juice.|It’s within walking distance of the town, many different routes, plenty of bars to drink and eat at.|If I returned to Jerez, I’d...
Read moreBooked to stay 5 nights end of September with friends. On arrival was handed visa receipt showing payment on credit had been taken TWO days earlier. Not standard practice and when queried receptionist with limited English was unable to explain why. When shown our rooms we began to understand why. Situated directly off of the Reception area with no external windows, no facility for storing clothes and hardly any room to move around. When ask if we could change room was told to speak to manager on his arrival later. Manager said he would try to change next day. Following day they said they would try next day but as I suffer a little from claustrophobia and had little sleep, found alternative accommodation. Our friends stayed as their room was slightly bigger and confirmed that room had been re-let the hotel refused to refund nights we didn't stay and have ignored subsequent...
