This is a beautiful and amazing hotel. The bedrooms were excellent: very clean, well furnished and quite big. The whole hotel is a monument in itself, since it is located in an old monastery and is very beautiful. Also, the breakfast at the hotel was very nice. It is located in the center of Jerez with the main monuments close by. It is also near to parking and restaurants. The staff of the hotel were super friendly, available and helpful. They helped us with all our needs and were always available. Hotel Itaca had me swept off my feet , the location is the best place in town, rooms, world class, excellent views of the town square from the classical Spanish balconies. The staff were wonderful and their attention to small details really makes you feel at home, I had great interactions with all of them but especially Alvaro, who spoke impeccable English, practically organised my holiday for me via recommendations, He switched from English to Spanish seamlessly to go from helping me to another guest.

The hotel is situated in the perfect location. Just a short walk from perfect bars to eat.

The hotel itself is beatiful, but dated. The rooms are good sized.

The hygiene of the rooms and bathrooms needs to be improved slightly. But the facilities are overall good.

Breakfast also good equipped. The staff specially from the reception are kind and always willing to help.

If the rooms would be upgraded to more modern standards. The hotel has a big potential to become even better.
