Went today to see Top Gun Maverick. Our movie time was at 1315. The theater was pretty empty, clean, food was decent and the prices are not as high as any of the other reviews say. It's 2.90€ more than a regular theater and worth the extra comfort. The food is above what you would usually find at a regular cinema but it's still a cinema so the prices are fine for what you get. I have no complaints on the actual cinema and theaters.
I think service wise I had some pretty bad luck today. First of all, the waiters should explain to you more, what the system is. They don't return during the movie to take orders, which is understandable, but that was not communicated to us before the movie. I did understand after the movie progressed, so I ran downstairs to order more drinks. The waiter at the bar charged my card and then realized he charged me too much so yelled to me as I was climbing the stairs back up to the theater that he had to give me a refund. I asked if I could come back downstairs after the movie for him to credit my card the difference because I didn't want to miss anymore of the movie. When the waiters served us our drinks, they shoved the credit card machine in my face, saying I had to pay. Since I spoke to a different person at the bar earlier, I didnt want to charge my card again without understanding what exactly was going on. In the middle of a movie with loud sound I couldn't understand what they were saying. On top of this the waitress, got right in my face to speak without a mask on and I found that unsettling. I told them I would pass by the bar for the refund on my way out and they left. 10 minutes later, the waiter comes back and says I have to pay, because the drinks I just received were not paid for, so I left the movie again to go and deal with this.
The attitude of the waiters was unacceptable. They treated me as if I was trying to not pay, which I understood I had already done and they overcharged me. In the end, while I was in the movie the guy at the bar downstairs, where I originally paid, recharged the whole bill to my card, and I was supposed to repay the bill. How was I supposed to know this while in the middle of a film with fighter jet sounds, people trying to discuss the bill for beer and popcorn? The 2 waiters upstairs did not apologize, and the female waiter even argued with me when I brought up the fact that I didnt want to speak mouth to mouth (literally 1 cm away) with someone without a mask on and in the middle of a dark theater disturbing the other audience members.
Also, the theater had 8 people. It's not like they couldn't see me leaving. They came over to me and confronted me like cops saying I didnt pay. And I know everyone has a job, but a little service minded attitude and treatment would have been nice.
All and all, I missed 15-20 min of the movie. Not sure if I want to go back after this. A pity because it is a nice theater. Just had a horrible experience...
Me empiezo a cabrear.

The incoming stream of multiple waiters interrupting the movie because of a poorly timed and managed food delivery system was bad enough for me not to recommend this movie theatre for your first time watch of ANY movie but the waiters themselves had forgotten food from our order and while at first they came in droves covering the screen on every row this time they were NOWHERE to be found.
We were finally forced to get up and ask for the missing items outside only to be told that there had been no mistake (despite that we counted the items and there was definitely chicken fingers missing) and they REFUSED to correct the mistake.
I would not recommend this movie theatre to anyone who is looking to remotely enjoy their...
