Miles and miles behind the quality, price, taste, service of Goiko Grill (literally few steps away). Nachos beef sauce had mediocre nachos with only a tablespoon full of beef visible on the plate. Guacamole was a flop lacking freshness. Red mountain beef burger was a very generous portion with 320gm party which does come at cost of €15.50, patty sadly however was mostly tough and dry with only the centre cooked the right way. Burger sounded very exotic from ingredients list but was lacking any flavoursome sauce having to grind my teeth through tough patty. Wife's steak burger on other hand was way too raw/rare despite medium order (We noticed too lady next to us had to return hers to kitchen as well), after brought back from kitchen it was too tough. We had to retrieve menu ourselves as waiter as waiter walked away after seating us. What else, so many other foibles, boiled potatoes were so lightly baked, coleslaw completely devoid of crunchy fresh lettuce with bland mayo drowning the side. I tried their daily menu, which will cost you around 12 euros at the time of writing this review - main course, drink and desert or coffee. I chose a burger (which you can only a specific one from all the available burgers) - it came somehow poor in shape and ingredients. Tasty though, but I would expect more. However, the French fries were very nice surprise - they were cut in a shape of gondola, thus introducing some edges and increasing the crispness but still maintaining fluffy potato "meet" in the centers. The desert was very, very nice. In general, it was tasty experience, but I am not quite sure, if I would try again, since I know better places in the area for the same price. Terrible service: rude and incompetent bunch of girls, bringing out absolutely horrendously cold burgers and fries, fries dripping oil, cold and the opposite of crunchy.

When we said so to the waitress, what appeared to be her manager came out to rudely lecture me on raising my complaints, admitting to the horrible quality of the oil-drenched cold damp rags of 'food', but telling me off for raising this complaint in sight of other customers. As if I'm a toddler. As if the terrible quality is my fault.

Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible place. Horrible service. Sheer incompetence, to be followed by blaming...
