Worst customer service I’ve ever received. My friend and I came for a Sunday brunch, firstly nobody spoke English, the waiter was incredibly spaced out as if he had a late night the night before and once our burger arrived, the ketchup bottle that came with it completely exploded when we opened it getting ketchup stains on both of us and the two people on the table next door. I told the waiter and he just left and continued serving another table instead of making me a priority and help me. I explained what had happened to the manager and instead of her making me feel at ease, she was incredibly rude and said she didn’t have to invite me to anything unless she wanted to. I looked up the ketchup explosion when I got home and apparently it happens when products are old and about to expire… never ever going to this...

Great all day dining, we went for late breakfast and coffees/teas. We took the tortilla, jamon, fruit salad toast. Fantastic! Nice cappuccino and mint teas too. The fresh squeezed orange was just that. The waiter was initially overly moody and somewhat difficult for no reason; even with Spanish speakers communicating with him. Pity he seemed to wanted us out of there as fast as he could try. The owner/boss and other team members were very sympathetic and friendly which saved the day. Additional comment: the waiter warmed up quickly and in the end was quite fun. The experience changed and the updated service rating stars well deserved. We came back Saturday for more ham and eggs: eggs Benedict to be precise and more jamon, avocado, juice. Excellent. Plus today we were welcome warmly like...

Me and my friend were shopping in the area and chose to have lunch at this place cuz of its google review. but unfortunately we were both confronted with some very bad interactions while using their bathroom. We kept being interrupted and the lady who kept on knocking the door while I was inside was rude, when I opened the door, she was as staring at me like a psychopath. After I went back to my table, when she came across me again she even initiated interaction with “what the hell are you looking at?!” … I mean, ..??! I was a dining customer she was there just to use the washroom. Unfortunately no one worked there even tried to stop this from happening.

The food wasnt bad and the waiter...
