Awful communication and service. We arrived and was shown to 1/3 of the rooms we had books. It was sufficient on first glance and slept 4. We still had another 2 rooms booked (1 sleeping six adults and another 1 sleeping four adults). The owner rushed off and said he would text me the number of the other rooms and that they would be available in several hours...I should’ve known by his swift exit that something wasn’t right. When we went to go and see the other rooms later we quickly noticed that the rooms we had in fact booked and paid for weren’t what we were given and they didn’t actually have enough beds for the whole party... I tried calling and messaging the owner several times, he did not answer and continued to avoid all communication for the duration of the stay. We managed to ask a colleague of the maintenance team to try and help us. He kindly squeezed extra beds into an apartment so we all had somewhere to sleep. For the duration of the stay and since returning I’ve tried to contact the owner with no response. I am now in contact with booking.com. I would avoid this place entirely. Read moreWith all due respect - it has been the worst booking experience ever. I don't recommend at all. Even one star is too much if you take time to read through my experience. I arrived to the property at the agreed time, and no one was there to meet me. Not only this, they also didn't answer to phone. I contacted the third party I booked with - they tried to call, the call was answered, then dropped, and then they switched off the phone. So my booking was cancelled free of charge by the third party but regarding refund - nothing, they haven't refunded although the cancellation had no fee, and the third party can't reach them. After making a booking (made it about 3 months in advance) - during that time I had questions and I tried to reach them without a success. They say they have WhatsApp friendly phone number - none of my messages were answered, nor calls - zero messages were answered. Also I sent e-mails, and again - no answer. Aaron took and counted a €300 deposit, refused to give a receipt till pushed and said he would bring later, never did. Not enough towels Not enough toilet paper. Only one set of keys available, Aaron promised to bring them, he never did. Found out at the end of the trip that the previous occupiers had taken the spare keys, great for security that, surely the locks should have been changed! Remember the €300 deposit with no receipt, Aaron said he only got €260... After arguing he relented and handed over the whole €300 deposit.
