Everything's good, but you can definitely notice the difference now compared to when the place first opened. It’s gotten really popular! On weekends, the line is like one you'd find at a mall in the city center. I'm happy for them, but the service has taken a hit. It feels like you're not getting as much attention anymore, and you have to pick your flavor quickly because there’s a crowd behind you waiting. When I first came, I think the owner of the shop served me. He was so nice, took the time to explain the concept of the place, and even wanted me to try all the ice cream flavors! I had to stop him because I could feel my ice cream cravings fading, and I still hadn’t ordered anything. Honestly, I love it when the person serving is really passionate about what they do. Now it feels like everything’s rushed, and the charm of the place is lost, although the ice cream is still amazing.
The shop has such a cool vibe. There are benches instead of windowsills, both outside and inside. It feels more like a boutique than a regular ice cream shop. The interior is unique, with cold lighting, and I found out it was designed by a Ukrainian designer. I’m not sure how important that is, but it’s a nice little detail.
If you love experimenting with flavors, this place is perfect. My personal favorite is vanilla with olive oil and salt –...
