I wanted to check out this place to see if it deserves the hype. Unfortunately I was really let down. There was myself and my Son dining in. My son has been before and warned me not to get large fries as they allegedly give massive portions, so we just gone one fries to share. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger, and chose relish, mushrooms and fried onions with the standard additions of lettuce and tomato. This was the first time I've been in here so wanted to have a good scan of the menu above the counters before I ordered. Even before ordering and receiving the food I was mildly annoyed with one of the counter operators who was asking for the next person, i.e. me, I said one moment please while I check the menu, (In Spanish, I have 10 years living here and are pretty fluent). At which point rather than acknowledge me, he just turned away and walked off to the back of the kitchen, so not the most civil response. Anyway after we ordered, we were waiting over 15 minutes for our 2 burgers and fries. The patties themselves were meaty and tasty enough, I give them that, but compared with others in Valencia, nothing special at all. Certainly not for 10 Euros. The buns quickly turned soggy and tore apart, and they even forgot the bacon! Did I take it back and ask for another, no, because I'm not waiting another 15/20 minutes and by now the restaurant is becoming busier as we're now past 2pm. Re' the fries, maybe previously they had generous portions but this wasn't generous by any means, a standard portion, nothing more. The seasoning on the fries is nice but maybe too much if I'm honest. I won't be returning and would rather hit Hard Rock just down the road if I'm splashing out on a burger. There are also many better independent burger places around Valencia, and of course even Carls Jr at Heron City for far...

No había estado nunca en un Five Guys, pero había tanta gente dentro y en cola que decidimos entrar y a pesar de la posible espera investigar... GUAU!!!! Lo primero fue la cola, había tanta gente que no sabíamos donde se pedía la comida(eso es un punto a mejorar en el local), pero tardamos 3 minutos(cronometrados) en ser atendidos y teníamos 6 personas delante, era todo nuevo y sin tiempo casi a elegir lo que queríamos,pero fue muy fácil y sencillo, tranquilos que es simple el sistema( pides entre hamburguesa "little"(es una de carne pero grande) o "normal"(es doble de carne),luego te vienen con queso,sin queso,con bacon y sin bacon y ya está, luego puedes añadir todos los extras que quieras de forma gratuita,como lechuga,tomate,cebolla cruda o a la plancha,jalapeño,pepinillos, kétchup,mostaza,mayonesa,champiñones y algunos más que no me acuerdo😜). Luego de pedir que por cierto no sólo tienen hamburguesas,si no que también tienen Hot dogs y Sandwiches, pues luego siguiendo la cola de gente pasamos por delante de la cocina (abierta) con más de 7 empleados y viendo cómo preparaban infinidad de comida y era genial porque tardamos 4'5minutos en tener nuestras hamburguesas en la mano(aquí he de decir que una pantalla indicando el número de pedido listo y un micrófono para los que cantan el pedido , iría genial. A pesar de ello es todo estilo muy americano incluso los colores del local (rojos y blancos), no se utilizan bandejas de plástico,sin que te dan el pedido en bolsas de papel marrón, además mientras esperas e incluso luego puedes cogerte gratuitamente una bandeja de cacahuetes salados para pelar, de éste modo la espera es más amena y menos hambrienta🤤. Tras recoger el pedido tienes una infinidad de sabores a elegir en las bebidas expendedoras, tanto de Coca-Cola (sabor vainilla,cereza, limón,etc,como Fanta (lo mismo que con la anterior), como Sprite... Y finalmente la carne... FUE BRUTAL!!! Carne de VERDAD!!! QUESO CHEDAR AMERICANO!!!, BACON CRUJIENTE!!!, un verdadero placer, a y una de patatas para compartir(recién cortadas, con algo de piel y muy crujientes y el toque de sal perfecto). Sin duda para pagar 33€ por dos hamburguesas dobles con queso y bacon(y todos los extras prácticamente)más una de patatas mediana (que son una burrada para 2 personas,a nosotros nos sobraron) y 2 bebidas rellenables gigantes... Con una calidad que nos sorprendió... Está muy bien, es una mezcla de hamburguesería rápida pero con calidad, algo que aqui y en España cuesta de asociar, porque si es rápida no suele tener calidad. En definitiva nos encantó y el personal que trabaja fue eficiente y amable a pesar de toda la gente que había, así que volveremos sin duda.👏🏼👏🏼💪🏼🍔🥓🎉 PD: perdón por las fotos ya empezadas pero teníamos...
