Tourist review. This is decent with strong potential. Like many last remaining arcades across the globe, there is too much fluff (gacha nonsense).
They could add schmups and other classics, I'm sure kids can figure out the classics. But the fact they have Initial D 3 was bittersweet; I love that game.
Maybe a culture shock, but the operators will pull the plug at closing, cold as ice! I just started a race in Initial D Arcade (UK doesn't have the game since 8!), but nope, they want you to GTF OUT. It's such a strange concept that I personally don't agree with, but I also get it. Just sad my first game is on that version had the plug pulled on me.
So go check it out, but don't play any games after 9:30 or you risk them pulling the plug and you won't get a refund. Ain't nobody got...
Read moreI love Tom's world. It's always fun to go as a couple. There's a lot of games to play and they even have a chuck e cheezes type of ticket system. Unlike that place, some of the prizes are useful things. I guess it's more like Dave and Buster's but with a mix of kids and adults who have child-like spirits. Also plenty of couples! Personally I love the darts. A fun diversion from shopping at ximen especially if it starts to rain or your girlfriend wants to spend 40 hours...
Read moreA nice enough arcade, located on the top floor. A solid selection of genres, including claw grabbers and coin pushers. There’s even a desk to exchange won tickets for prizes! Get some tokens from their machines and you’ll be sorted. The only drawback is that some of the machine surfaces were fairly sticky, with no hand sanitizer around to make you feel remotely clean. There’s some bathrooms downstairs for the building, but yeah, bit of a weird one. A good arcade for tourists...
