Saizeriya Ximen Restaurant — Restaurant in Wanhua District

As someone who was travelling alone, and was having a difficult day, I found this amazing restaurant. I was initially looking for a Taiwanese restaurant, but fortunately for me, I decided to go to this restaurant. I hadn't had much to eat, so I wanted something not too heavy. I decided on the pasta with mushrooms. Oh my! I am so glad I chose this delicious dish. The pasta and mushrooms just hit the spot. But the best part was the incredible sauce. I have no idea what they put in that sauce, but it was so, so good! After I returned to my hotel, I laid in bed trying to savor and remember its deliciousness. I couldn't sleep for hours just hoping the tasty flavor would remain in my mouth forever.

I was so enamored by the deliciousness of my previous meal, that I returned to this restaurant the following night. This time I wanted something a little more meaty, so I I ordered the hamburg steak. My choice was perfect, although it didn't have the incredible sauce they put on the pasta. The steak was cooked to perfection and the veggies that came with it were tasty and fresh. I was so pleased.

This restaurant was one of the highlights of my trip. The food was tasty, reasonably priced and the service was outstanding.

If I ever get a chance to return to Taiwan, the restaurant will definitely be on my itinerary. I highly recommend this restaurant and hope it will be on your...

staff was ignorant, we pressed the service bell multiple times and got ignored..when a staff came over to the section we were seated at, she was preping lunch menus for the empty tables at 930pm (they close at 11pm) we called to her and she nodded her head, proceeded to slow down her pace of putting the menu on the tables and take her own sweet time to come over to us..had to stand up and walk to the staff instead. when asking the manager for her name because she already left work, the manager didnt want to inform us her name.. if u dont want to service people dont work in the service industry

upon sitting down there was a baby cockroach on the wall behind my head.. we killed it and informed the same female staff and all she said was 'oh im sorry'

upon leaving the restaurant we saw more cockroaches on the floor and dead flies on the ledge as well

the cleanliness is ridiculous for a restaurant moreover its located at ximending

no one acknowledged us thruout the whole dining experience and no one even thanked us upon leaving , maybe because we are not local which is ridiculous for a restaurant located at a main tourist area

really dont recommend coming at all and they really need to educate their staffs more on service and basic respect for everyone.. and the restaurant needs to be reported for how...

Had dinner here last night with the extended family. It was our first time here and we enjoyed it very much. Arrived 5:15 pm on a Thursday evening. No wait for party of 7. Asked us to use QR code labeled on the table to order food so you’ll need some sort of internet connection on a smartphone. Google chrome browser translated menu to English well. Prices were very reasonable. Service was efficient; within 5 minutes of submitting our order the first dish arrived. The other dishes arrived promptly. All of our party really enjoyed the food. It was tasty and well prepared. Portions were good especially considering the price. The drink bar was good. Coffee was great as the coffee dispensing machine grinds fresh beans for each cup. Staff was responsive to any requests. By the time we left around 6:30 the place was packed and there was a short line.

The dining area was bright, large, open and clean. Location was great. If you get a table by the window, you’ll get a great view of the people activity in Ximen below.
