我最近購買了一件價格為 20,800 元的 Self-Portrait(微風信義) 禮服，準備參加我的生日派對。購買後，我將禮服送至品牌的裁縫處進行修改，這額外花費了 1,750 元新台幣。我選擇繼續進行，儘管這費用很高，但我相信品牌的專業性。然而，我收到的禮服卻有明顯不平衡的剪裁，這種情況絕不應該發生在裁縫的手中。

品牌經理建議再次修改，但仍要求我支付 1,750 元新台幣。她說可以把禮服內側折疊的布料取出重新調整，但這可能會留下明顯的折痕。這怎麼可能公平？許多人會同意，反覆的修改只會破壞原本的設計。

我要求更換禮服，但今天品牌告知我他們會在不收取裁縫費的情況下修復，意味著我仍然必須“忍受這件有缺陷的禮服”。首先，我不希望這位不專業的裁縫再次修復我的禮服。其次，收到一件經過多次修改、再也達不到原本質量標準的禮服，卻仍需支付全額，這是無法接受的。

試想一下，買了一輛新車，送去維修，卻發現車上有明顯的刮痕，只是簡單地被塗上了油漆。誰能接受這樣的事情呢？

最後，我想說的是，這次經歷毀了我的生日。這件禮服原本應該是特別的生日禮物，但結果卻帶來了極大的挫折，並毀了我的心情。我甚至錯過了原本計畫好的活動。希望這個問題能夠得到解決，至少讓這場危機中的受害者感到公平。

I recently purchased a dress for 20,800 NTD from Self-Portrait at Breeze Xinyi for my birthday party. After the purchase, I trusted the brand’s expertise and sent the dress to your tailor for adjustments, which cost an additional 1,750 NTD. But what I received was a dress with an obvious, unbalanced cut—something that should never have left the tailor’s hands.

The brand manager initially suggested fixing it again but insisted on the same 1,750 NTD payment. I was told the fabric could be adjusted again, but it might leave a visible fold line. How is this remotely fair? As many would agree, repeated alterations only destroy the original design.

I requested a replacement dress, but today the brand informed me that they would fix it without the tailoring fee, implying I should still "bear with this flawed dress." First, I don't want this unprofessional tailor to touch my dress again. Second, it’s unacceptable to receive a dress that has been repeatedly altered and no longer meets the original quality standards, especially after paying the full price.

Imagine buying a new car, sending it for repairs, and getting it back with visible scratches that were just painted over. Would anyone think that’s acceptable?

Lastly, this whole experience ruined my birthday. The dress was meant to be a special gift, but instead, it caused significant frustration and ruined my day. I even missed wearing it for my planned event. I hope this issue can be resolved to restore some sense of fairness in this situation.

저는 최근 생일 파티를 위해 입을 드레스를 브리즈 신이 백화점 셀프 포트레이트(self portrait)에서 18,850 NTD의 구입했습니다. 구매 후 브랜드의 재단사에게 추가 조정을 위해 드레스를 맡겼고, 그 비용은 1,750 NTD였습니다. Self portrait 브랜드 매장 수선집이라고 했기 때문에 가격이 꽤 나갔지만 믿고 수선을 맡겼는데... 수선 후 제가 받은 드레스는 밑 사진과 같이 눈에 띄게 균형이 맞지 않는 이미 원본의 퀄리티를 떨어뜨린 형태의 옷이었습니다. 큰 마음 먹고 산 그레스를 망가뜨리게 수선을 하고 1,750 NTD의 비용을 요구하다니... 정말 어이가 없더군요.

직원분이 계속 옷 안쪽에 접힌 천을 꺼내 다시 자르면 된다며 문제없다고 했지만.. 그로 인해 접힌 자국이 보이는 건 어떡하냐고 물으니 대답을 못하시더라구요^^;; 이미 많은 분들이 아시겠지만, 옷은 수선하면 할수록 원래 디자인을 망가뜨릴 뿐이잖아요. 그래서 내가 직접 잘하는 곳을 찾아가서 수선할테니까 새로운 드레스를 달라고 했고, 분명 주시겠다는 확답까지 받았는데 오늘 다시 전화와서 안되겠다며 대신 수선 비용 없이 수리해주겠다는 답변만 하더라구요. 저보고 그냥 결함 있는 드레스를 참고 입는 수 밖에 없대요.

우선 전 이 수선집에서 제 드레스를 다시 만지는 것을 원하지 않습니다. 저렇게 잘라놓고 몰랐다는 게 너무 어이가 없었어요. 두번째로, 반복적으로 폈다 잘랐다 붙였다 했던 드레스.. 원래의 디자인과 다른 드레스를 받고도 전체 비용을 지불하는 것은 받아들일 수 없습니다. 새 차를 사서 수리를 맡겼다가 직원분 실수로 긁혔는데 그거 가리겠다고 계속 페인트 칠 하면 똑같아지나요? 이래도 '손님이 참으세요'라고 할건가요?

외국에 혼자 살지만 생일날에는 행복하게 보내고 싶어 제 자신에게 생일선물을 한 드레스였는데.. 오히려 제 하루를 망치는 일이 됐습니다. 심지어 계획한대로 드레스를 입지 못해 저녁식사 자리에 아무거나 입어야 했어요ㅠㅠ. 소비자에게 책임을 전가하지 않고 공평하게 이 문제가 해결될 수 있게...

In my opinion, some amazing and authentic restaurants are situated in this department store, such as Paradise Dynasty on the 4F, YONSHIN on the 3F, and Dim Dim Sum on the B1F, where the underground passage to the MRT station is.
