I came to this massage parlor twice on different days to personally see one of the girls to understand if I want her to be my masseuse or not. All two times this girl was not there, but these are already my difficulties, since I came when it was convenient for me and without an appointment. But I want to say something else: both times when I came to the salon (in the evening) - I saw the owners of the business, if I understand correctly. The first time they were together - a man and a woman. So, when I entered the salon, these two did not even look in my direction, did not smile and did not try to create the right and friendly atmosphere for the client. I was like an empty place for them, and only the administrator, under the stern gaze of the boss, tried to tell me something. When I arrived for the second time, also in the evening, next to the administrator was the same man as the last time. He stood and counted the money and in the same way did not even look in my direction and did not greet me. This greatly disappointed and offended me as a potential client of the massage parlor, because I came to get to know each other, relax and get a charge of good emotions, but in the end I saw only coldness, indifference and negativity. For demanding clients, especially from Japan and South Korea, this level of service is unacceptable and I understand why. For me it is also unacceptable. I have never treated my clients so rudely and I want to be treated mutually. I can’t say anything about the massage itself - I would like to try it with one girl, but because of this approach of the store management to business and customers - I don’t know if I will come back again. Please be friendly with...
Read moreWhat an amazing experience I had. I arrived very early to Chiang-Mai and was waiting to do the check-in at the hotel, so, went for some healing to burn some time. But never expected something so great. The lady in the reception was very nice. The place looks really small from the outside but when you enter is like coming to the middle of the jungle where you have your own temple of relaxation. The place is really beautiful. It actually looks like an hostel, so I felt very at home when I entered. But the best part of my visit to Senz~ Diva was Bella, my masseuse. Bella was really caring and amazingly nice. She let me really at easy and took care of me. I arrived from Bangkok (which I honestly hated) and was really tired. Bella was amazing and, specially, she made me laugh the whole time. Altough she is not very proeficient with her english, she is an amazing professional and a very easy going person looking to make me heal. And I did. Mentally and physically. Thank you, Bella. I'll probably return there before I...
