My first time to experience Thai Massage in Thailand. Since my friend and I went there to pass our time before catching our flight to return home, we opted for 60 minutes massage: 5 in 1 massage for me and back and shoulder massage for my friend.
Just take note, cash only for the payment. But fret not, there is currency exchange shop across the massage shop if you are short in Baht cash . We choose the place based on other review as we saw the place so aesthatically pleasant, plus the shop has private space for massage and only women masseur in here.
Due to our first time experienced thai massage, overall the service is great as we were given cold towel and water while waiting for our turn along slipper to change. Before starting the massage session, we are required to wash our feet ; helped by masseur and was brought to separate area as the massage we choose are different. For back and shoulder menu, client is required to lie down while for 5 in 1 massage is on the adjustable chair.
They have 20% discount for 90 minutes session for any session offered in the shop during my visit. Unfortunately, we unable to pick the 90 minutes due to time constraint. Recommended to take 90 minutes and longer to enjoy the massage session as they are so calming. The masseur was really attentive to the client and not leaving our side during the session.
After session ended, they will provide herbal tea and small snacks to enjoy. My body feels refreshed after the massage session. Hopefully, we can visit again.
On side note, they able to speak...

Summary: out of 4 visits during a month, there was only 1 time when i could rate it as nearly 5 stars, and considering the price here is higher than places nearby it's not worth it (unless you know masseuse name and do booking)
1st: The massage itself was okay: a mixture of moderate and hard pressure, but it was finished at least 10 mins earlier... No tips 2nd: I've asked the lady in reception that i need a good strong massage. The massage was quite good, totally satisfied. Masseuse name: "Tong". 590 + tips 3rd: Unfortunately Tong was busy and I've got a massage by a male masseur. Different techniques, but also good overall 590 + tips
What triggered me is when the masseur was asking the girl at reception who is his customer, the girl said: "farang" which i find inappropriate (especially for service industry). But maybe nowadays most people don't care i don't know, years before the polite way would be ชาว/คน ยุโรป etc.
4th: another masseuse, back massage is very average, asked harder but no result. Shoulders+neck massage is better
In general, all these massage salons around PromPhong are aimed at short term visiting tourists, so customer...
Read moreWe recently visited this establishment for a Swedish massage based on the positive reviews we had read. However, I must say that our experience fell short of our expectations, especially considering the reputation of massages in Bangkok.
Upon arrival, we were informed that the massage we had booked was a deep tissue massage. However, throughout the session, we had to repeatedly request the therapists to apply more pressure. This lack of sufficient pressure made it difficult for us to fully enjoy the massage experience.
Furthermore, we noticed that the therapists seemed unaware of proper body muscle techniques. They applied unnecessary pressure in certain areas where it was not needed, which resulted in discomfort rather than relaxation. It felt as though they could benefit from further training to enhance their skills and knowledge of the human body.
While the overall experience was not terrible, it did not meet our expectations. We believe that the establishment has the potential to improve by investing in staff training.
Please note that individual experiences may vary, and our review is based on our...
