Have the staffs ever communicated internally? Because when I called, one of them said I can walk-in without booking then when I arrived, I got to choose a seat. Once I backed from smoke the place were moved to a better one, then when my friend came, and then another staff came and told us that we have to move again to another seat in the back because there was only 1 seat available but I mentioned since the beginning that there would be my friend and I which is 2 people and the seats were not the same seat we chose at the first place (and worse) and they said they would come back to us again when the seats are available but we gotta follow the queue so we sat and wait. After a while we saw the seats in front of the bar are available again but the staff chose to tell another guest that arrived after us and they got to sat there. The vibe and location of Mutual Bar are spot on. Their veteran bartender effortlessly creates custom drinks to match the mood, making it a potential hidden gem. However, their service ruins the experience. Unfortunately, on Fridays and weekends, the service is insultingly slow, with drinks taking 15-20 minutes to arrive during peak times.

Some live music bands are painfully loud for such a small venue. While I don't mind passionate singing, there's a time and place for it, or a need for a good sound engineer.

it's very small bar. our table was in front of the entrance. they put speakers around the place and turn on sound on maximum. ears hurts like i'm on open air event. friends on the table need to scream. so, my ears hurts even more. with me was 5ppl. we ordered cocktails and only one had good taste - Juliet lips. all others very too sweet. music band was very very nice. maybe if sound would be not so loud ppl wouldn't need to scream on each other and we could enjoy more. maybe place near the bar and far away from speakers would be the best options. they also have roof top for smokers. atmosphere is nice, but extremely loud for my not too old ears. from my experience every bar with live music has this...
