The Night market is on now daily from 2nd Nov 2022 - 8th Nov 2022 for Loy Krathong Festival. Multiple stores are lining up along the side of the lakes where there are many options of food,snacks,games and souvenirs.
Come on down to support the locals and also enjoy some great live music. Definitely a great experience for both locals and tourists!
Tourism is picking back up and this night market which is directly opposite to the largest shopping mall,central festival, is getting a huge turnout every week. Stalls are out every week Thursday,Friday and Saturday.
Basically all in one, from food,snacks,toys, souvenirs,clothes etc. There are so many items on sale which I recommend to come here at least once if you are visiting Koh Samui.
I'm always here for food! There are kebabs, burgers,bbq items,fried chicken,many Thai soups and dishes like Pad Thai,Basil Minced Pork Rice etc. Japanese Takoyaki. Many many more! Drinks : Beer,shakes,soft drinks etc.
Parking is definitely easy and always available. Huge place just beside the night market to park your car or bikes.

There were so many people, so much traffic and the taxi mafia didnโt let grabs pickup there so getting home was interesting - we had to get out of the no grab zone because of this. This night market was on both sides of the street and had so much food and souvenirs. We got lo mein for 80 baht from a guy who was cooking it up fresh which was our criteria for getting pad Thai. It was pretty good but it wasnโt pad Thai since the noodles were wrong. We also got chicken on a stick for 30 baht and we got 5 chicken dumplings from the lady next to her for 50 baht. We negotiated a suitcase just to see what the pricing would be like since mine was damaged on the way over here. Got them down from 2,000 to 1,500 baht for a big one...
