We arrived at 4pm for “Happy hour” with a sign out the front promoting 2 for 1 drink promotion. We only really had time for 1 drink so we specifically asked if we could order two different (same priced) cocktails as part of the offer. The answer was a resounding yes, so we ordered two different cocktails under the offer only to be told once the drinks were served that we would get a second cocktail of the same type once we had finished these drinks……second drinks arrived all good- no complaints about the drinks or service. When we requested the bill…1) happy hour was not recognised 2) this was corrected but….was informed that 2 for 1 means that if you order and pay for two drinks, you get one free……misleading to say the least. I get it if you don’t check these things, buyer beware. But when you do and you get “duped” twice, I feel that others should know.
