Moh Seng Historic House Museum — Attraction in Ratsada

It's a nice museum and made better by the tour. I learned a lot of history. It's a good place to visit in combination with some of the other museums in the area. The first time I came, I thought it was closed because the door was shut. So I just went home. The second time I came I saw there was a doorbell. But nobody answered when I rang it. I had to call them in order for someone to show up. They also were only doing the tour before 11am. So I would recommend calling them in advance. It seems that they just take visitors once in a while and...

You won't be disappointed visiting this house museum. Take a break from shopping and step back into Phuket's history. Imperial Chinese decor, old typewriters and radios, glass vases, china and dinnerware, and intricate furniture await you. Our guide was great, she introduced us to the house and to each room and then allowed us to view the items. You can even sit in the chairs for a photo. At the back is a working hotel....

Such an interesting historical experience i had here. Mdm Woo showed me around their big family house. The efforts they put in preserving this place as a gorgeous historical museum is beyond superb.
