Too long; didn’t read: The food is amazing and tastes authentic, staff is very friendly, definitely more expensive than comparable restaurants, maybe leave out the side dishes as they aren’t quite worth the price, 10% gratuity free

Main Dishes - We ordered the bibimbap (550 tl) with chicken and the japchae with tofu (450 tl). I was pleasantly surprised that they offered vegetarian japchae as that has been hard to find. The tofu was fried and tasted a bit too oily but the texture was very pleasant. The serving sizes were filling and satisfying and the preparation of the food impeccable. Especially compared to other restaurants in a similar price range the ingredients were of great quality.

Side Dish - We also ordered tuna gimbap on the aide. While the taste left us with no complaints, the serving size was laughably small for the high price of 395 tl (8€!!!, almost as expensive as the main dishes…)

Interior/Location - The Location is beautiful and the atmosphere also nice. The music was too loud to have a proper conversation and it got very hot despite the large open window. The interior was also beautiful !

Service - The staff was extremely friendly and forthcoming. The food and drinks also arrived quickly. It is important to note that a 10% gratuity free is included in the price.

We paid 1780 tl (36€) for 2 main dishes, a side and two coke zeros (fee included). We were both pleasantly surprised about the quality and would definitely consider...

Öncelikle, çok uzun zamandır bu denli kötü bir deneyim yaşamamıştım. Asya mutfağını seven ve tercih eden biri olarak bu yorumu yapıyorum; hayatımda yediğim en kötü Kore yemeklerini maalesef ki bu restoranda tattım.

Restoranın dışarıdan görüntüsü butik, şirin ve tarihi bir atmosfere sahipti ki bu, beni çeken şeylerden biriydi. Yüksek puanlı yorumlar, kafamda restoranın kötü çıkma ihtimalini çok düşürdü. Bu sebeple, oldukça yüksek bir enerji ve beklentiyle gittim. Kalabalık bir grup olarak gittiğimiz için menüdeki birçok şeyden sipariş ettik. Ne yazık ki favorimiz ya da önerimiz yok.

Gimbap: Tatsızdı ve rulolar dağılıyordu.

Egg noodle: Tavuklusu da karideslisi de hem tatsız hem küçük porsiyonluydu. Tatlandırmak için soya sosu istedik, sadece 5-10 ml’lik tadımlık bir miktar alabildik.

Ballı susamlı tavuk: Ballı tavuğun tadı şekerliydi; baldan ziyade şerbetli gibiydi.

Asya mantısı: Etlisini tercih ettik. İçindeki zencefil miktarı o kadar fazlaydı ki, yemeğin kendi tadının önüne geçiyordu. Daha önce başka yerlerde yediklerimle kıyas dahi kabul edilemeyecek kadar yoğundu.

Bibimbap (tavuklu): Tat ve tuz yoktu. Bildiğiniz üzere, karıştırılarak yenmesi gereken bir tabaktır bu; fakat karıştırdığımızda tatlar daha da kötüleşti. Zaten yiyemedik, çoğunluğu kaldı.

Servis konusuna gelecek olursak: İnanılmaz derecede yavaş bir servis vardı. Yemeklerimizi sırayla yemek zorunda kaldık; birbirimizi beklememiz imkânsızdı. Tabakları bölüşerek, komün usulü yemek zorunda kaldık. Servisin yavaşlığını tatlı bir dille çalışan kişiye dile getirdiğimizde, karşılığında Kore yemeklerinin Türk yemekleri gibi önden yapılıp tencerelerde beklemediği, taze hazırlanıp servis edilmesi gerektiği gibi alakasız, mesnetsiz ve seviyesiz bir yanıt aldık.

Tabak fiyatları 350 TL civarında; fakat Bibimbap gibi bir şey almıyorsanız bir porsiyonla doymanız imkânsız. Bu sebeple, %80-100 doyumu yakalamak için kişi başı 700-800 TL harcamanız gerekebilir.

İlk ve son defa gittiğimi düşünüyorum. Umarım bu yorumlar hem işletme hem de müşteriler açısından...

I recently visited this incredible Korean restaurant in Istanbul, and I was truly blown away.
