Aljazeera Tour — Attraction in Fatih

I would like to share my disappointing experience with today’s trip. i booked Bursa Tour with cable car. The behavior of both the driver and the guide was unacceptable. Both of them were very rude with the guest. They made stops at very poor locations that were not suitable or enjoyable. When I politely requested drinking water — even offering to pay — both the driver and the guide refused.

Furthermore, they demanded an additional 1000 Lira per person to use the highway, and we were told that if we didn’t pay, we would not return to the hotel until 2:00 AM, even though the trip was originally scheduled to end around 10:30 PM. This felt like a form of coercion and made many passengers uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, while everyone was waiting, the driver took time to wash the bus instead of prioritizing our timely return. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and I strongly urge the tour operator to review the conduct of both the guide and the driver to ensure better service...

Highly recommend booking an old city Istanbul tour!

What was most impressive about our tour guide was how he navigated through Istanbul and the relationships he with the people at the sites we visited. We toured during the Ramadan holiday so lines were super long and we were able to skip through the lines of Topkapi Palace AND the Blue Mosque. We were treated to Turkish tea and Turkish delight in the grand bazaar. And when there were technical issues with the pickup car, he got everyone taxis in less than a minute and walked us back to our hotel (very close- less than 10min walk) while giving food recommendations. Would highly recommend this tour to everyone...

Totally bad experience. Please save your money and go for other tour provider. Especially if you have kids. Driver pick up late and worse they missed us out and they quickly arrange private transport so we can catch up our bus. Lunch is provided... At 530pm stupid team cant even think the kids and elderly are alreqsy hungry. They dropped us beside the road around 9pm whereby they stated that they will pickup and drop ofd at hotel. Ended up i have to switch on my google map walking around until i find my hotel back. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CHOOSE...
