ETHER — Attraction in Abu Dhabi

Extremely disheartening and painful experience with ETHER, Yas Mall. We had the opportunity to retail at their Yas Mall Store for a brief period of 3 months and at the end of our contract which ended on 31st May 2023 we received back our products in extremely poor and unsaleable conditions. The products we received back had glue residues and some of the secondary packaging was damaged. The products were thrown into a carton and sent back. It is been three months now since we have raised our concerns and we have been assured multiple times by different top level managers that our concern has been escalated and they will provide us with a solution. In our experience we needed multiple follow ups sometimes got no response. There were also payment delays from and their payout systems are extremely complicated. Worst customer service.

After having correspondence to work together and having them accept our brand, even choosing my brand for ramadan pop up collaboration, they ignored my emails and delayed our launch, I called to follow up, The person from Ether side tells me “do you think anyone will buy your abays?” In a very rude tone, When she had no right to judge our product which is a luxurious silk hand made in japan, and with the fact they have a brand selling a similar product, and claiming they will not accept our brand because they have enough abayas… i asked her to check the email correspondence and she was at fault and wanted to collaborate .
