Al Fahad Tower 1 — Attraction in Dubai

This place is a dirty ,the worst place you can ever be in Dubai,I don’t know why actions are not be taken against this place because this people only cares about collecting money from people,I went looking for a partition and the sales officer was called Hamza I told him to fix the area before coming on my moving date coming to stay to this place is was really terrible tried calling him ,he was very rude arrogant nasty lack of professional shouting at me as a new tenant telling me he doesn’t care ,the team was not even helpful all rude management that dealt with my case luckily I thank mariam I called her asking for my money back and she gave me but this guy hamza didn’t even want to refund my money back very rude stupid arrogant stinky personality and they stole my things I will make sure I will involve police on this matter am so...

THE worst experience in my life was staying there. The management in this building does not care about anything, we reported that our bathroom had a water leakage and the water was dropping from the lamp, directly where the electricity is, and we explained many times how dangerous it is, but no one moved. Before we ran away from this building in 2 weeks, a fire started in floor 13… all because of the negligence of the building holders. The kitchen was a disaster with more than a 100 roaches you see per day. The building has some master rooms and the rest are bed spaces, so residents there do not care also about the cleanliness at all. The elevator was rarely working so we had to go up and down 12 floors every day on stairs. I have soooo many words, but I guess below images...

The one star is for the Nice look from outside. Zero star manazel management, very rude, arrogant disrespectful and careless management. Management staff walk into your room as if you contribute and pay. Old and neglected walls that even Smell. Sometimes they disconnect electricity without any notice in this hot summer. Imagine going to Work in the morning and on coming back your walls have fresh paint, you have to inhale the smell of paint for days which is toxic. Water dripping on the kitchen and bathroom from where the bulb shines. What risk! The centre of crocoaches lol very nasty insects even in the lift you see them flying.
