Creative Zone — Attraction in Dubai

Steer away from this PRO service, there is far more professional, faster and honest PRO companies to work with.

I own 3 businesses, and I contacted creative zone to set up a 4th branch for our business. Pls find below a review of my painful experience:

Customer service: The customer service i received from the initial PRO that handled our account was extremely disrespectful. Whenever i questioned the process, pricing or timeframe she would respond by screaming aggressively. I had to to escalate this so that our account can be handed over to another account manager.

Pricing: Their whole pricing is a scam. They had informed me that their PRO cost is 4k, and the government cost was 6k. So i was expecting to pay 10k in total. However, they tried to charge me 25k, and when i asked for a breakdown and invoices there was no clear response or invoices. They basically tried to charge me 19k of PRO cost and say that this was partially going towards ‘government costs’ without providing any invoices. Be very careful, their whole pricing model is a scam.

Timeframe: The whole process of issuing the trade license took 4 months. From experience a trade license takes 2 weeks to issue. They are extremely responsive and proactive before the contract is signed. But once the contract is signed, they are extremely slow and unresponsive.

Quality of service: After this whole painful experience of rude customer service, unclear pricing and 4 months wait time, the wrong trade license was issued! I had asked for a branch license, and they knew very well we have existing branches and this is a 4th branch however this was never double checked. So unfortunately we are now having to cancel this trade license and issue a new one. They wouldn’t even take accountability for this, and tried to charge me another 15k.

Save you time, money and peace of mind there are far better PROs...

Yes, I did have to come out of pocket a bit more to solve an issue, but they were honest, transparent, and got it done the right way.

They even went above and beyond by sending drivers to take me to my medical, biometrics, and Emirates ID photo appointments. That level of support made everything much smoother and more comfortable.
