T4 Bubble Tea Bristol — Attraction in Bristol

Very strange experience, a weird man behind the counter pointing his phone straight at me and other lady customers, and when questioned if he dns taking a as a picture or video of us, he replied “no I’m taking a picture of the Christmas tree.” What’s funny is that the Christmas tree was right in front of him and by pointing his phone at us he won’t be able to even see the Christmas tree… Also, we ordered two warm tea, one was boiling hot and the other one was barley warm. Won’t be visiting again.

Reply to the below response: Fully understand that business advertise on social media is a normal thing, and I’d be okay with if your staff informed of this when we questioned. What is above concerning to me is that I was told by him it was the Christmas tree he was filming, we were clearly not the Christmas tree or blocking his view. So not too sure why needed to tell an obvious lie to a customer if he was doing such an innocent thing...

The first few visits were okay and tea was nice(nothing special), however recently I wanted to get Matcha tea and I wasn't allowed to change to non-dairy milk option even though I cannot have dairy milk... I was only offered a different tea instead which I didn't want and had to resort to ordering online from a different place. The reasoning I got for not being able to change milk is that it changes the taste of the tea - as I have Matcha tea every day made in different ways - just with water, with almond/soy milk I know this is untrue, even if it does change the taste, the matcha flavour is still nice and I don't find it bitter. Therefore the taste reasoning did not make sense..

Will definitely not recommend this place to any of my friends in the future, there are better ones around the same area that offer dairy free...

I have mixed reviews with this because my strawberry milkshake was amazing. i love it so much its one of the best ive had from boba shops. however i also ordered the oreo milkshake and it was awful. i think its because it was busy, the staff were probably in a rush and didnt make it properly as i dont think thats how you usually make it. the drink just tasted like pure milk mixed with ice. no sweetness at all just blended milk, no flavouring like vanilla or chocolate. just had crushed oreos on top. i think they forgot to put the vanilla powder in (like other places do with frappes/milkshakes) because its definitely not how you would make it. i gave 5 stars though because the strawberry one was soooo good! and I'm assuming the oreo one was just a mistake and not how they make the...
