Where on earth do I start? COVID passport check, pass, well kind off. Sat had a nice time for a bit then some man started talking to me and my husband, coughing, literally in our faces while trying to talk to us, to which we said "COVID". Husband went out and asked the bouncers to get him away (I have asthma but have been triple jabbed) they said they would keep an eye on him. Husband went to the loo, started talking to me, coughing whilst holding his neck, no hand, I was moving away, bouncers were looking through the door, nothing happened, as my husband returned I was literally asking the drag queens for help, nothing, we left. Apparently he may have health issues so can't be asked to leave........what about those who this disease affects me most? Can he not be asked just to move away, just because what I have can't be seen as I wear a mask and abide by the rules it doesn't mean I am any less at risk or any less as...

I tied to go here for some Sat night fun. I was turned away for being too drunk. Here's the kicker: I hadn't had a drop of alcohol that night. I do, however have a disability. I can't see out of my right eye (that's right folks, I'm a cyclops!!) So as a result, I have a pathological nystagmus and I do not walk in a straight line well.

When I tried to explain these issues I was banned. Then I lost my temper. But I did not insult anyone or call them names. But the same can't be said for your excuse of employees. I am in contact with a lawyer. I want this made right. I'm willing to reach an agreeable arrangement so we don't have to go to court, but I'm getting angry enough to not care.

Relaxed door policy on a Saturday night, 6 quid to get in, open until 6am. A mixed gay and straight crowd who all seemed to be having fun, with a DJ who knew his crowd and delivered accordingly. Overnight from York, I wish we had clubs like this there, probably the closest is Dusk, which closes at 4am, but which is largely straight. The bouncers spent a large amount of time marching around and inspecting the gents' toilet, in a somewhat over-the-top manner, but they know their business better than I do. The place wasn't exactly rammed, but the bar still needed a couple of extra bar staff at times to keep the wait down. The venue's drag queens made an effort with attendees. My wife and I mainly chose this place as it was open so late and we had to walk an hour and 15 mins from North Hull Community Centre, where we were watching my son box, and finding it impossible to order a taxi after midnight.
