You might be considering ignoring the numerous 1* ratings for this restaurant. You might be thinking "I'm sure it will be fine".

Don't. It won't.

Ordered on the kiosk, got my food and it was not what I ordered. Took it to the counter and the staff member just walked away from me mid telling him what was wrong with it. Manager Jason came over, agreed (after initially trying to deflect the complaint) eventually that the order was wrong. I was too frustrated at this point to eat so said I just wanted my money back. Jason refused to give my money back (so angry at myself for not challenging that because it's an unacceptable policy) as "they don't do refunds" but said he'd redo the food without the wrong ingredient in which I begrudgingly agreed to.

Three mouthfuls in and I had to admit to myself that the food was just horrible. My son gave up halfway in because he said the food made him feel sick. My partner had the best experience of the three of us and described the food as "meh".

Ultimately, nearly £42 wasted for food that simply was not edible.

I've email the customer service demanding a full refund for all three meals to compensate the insult of an experience. I wouldn't accept vouchers because that heavily implies that I'd attempt to eat their shoddy food again. It's not just about the bad food and incompetent staff, it's about the loss of that family time that's ruined arguing with employees that refuse to do the right...

I went with my daughter and family on Sunday around 12.00 lunch time. We wanted to eat there so I found a table outside ,one of 3. All were on the dirty side with leftover food bits on them. My daughter and husband placed the order after I picked off the board menu outside. I can't eat hot, spicy or peppery stuff ( as my mouths a wimp lol. ). So I stuck to a safe bet of sweet and sour. Nope, ran out. Picked something else ... No, non left . So I had to have a combo box. Same with my daughter, something she wanted was not available so she had to have black bean noodle thing. Prices are on the high side and stuff could do with smiling lessons. Waiting time not too bad but one drink was missing so we had to go back in for it . NO. Chop sticks in a Chinese take away / restaurant ! Unbelievable that you have to pay for them if you want them . So we had to stick with plastic fork. My daughter's black bean box was disgusting . She said it tasted like eating a condiment of salt . She likes salt but this was mega salty , so over powering that salt was the only flavour.she could taste. Mine just tasted weird. I don't think we will be back again in...

I have not been for a while everything had changed the young lad was lovely and helpful explained how to order and how things worked the girl was RUDE ignorant she just wasn't interested she shouted to tell me my meal was ready she could clearly see I was disabled and left me to struggle I went back to the counter to ask if I could take the rest home and the lovely young man put it in a bad such a lovely lad she said put your rubbish there as I was already struggling to the bin when I was leaving I asked if she had a review slip and she pointed to a app I said to the lovely helpful young man that he was so nice and friendly and helpful and that she was horrible rude and lazy and she asked me if I wanted her name and I said yes she replied KYLE spelling it out for me she needs sacking treating your customer's like that is the reason your...
