BUNKERS! Swansea — Attraction in Great Britain

Me the wife and our 4 kids went yesterday ill break it down for you the venue itself was brilliant great decor had loads of themed holes everything was nicely maintained the staff were friendly and helpful although a lack of personal touch as I couldn't tell you any of their names honestly the food looked amazing although a very limited menu and for a big fussy family the lack of choice ment we ate elsewhere. Now here's what irritated me although I had booked b4 I could get me and my kids off the 1st hole 2-3 other groups were ready to start which put pressure on me maybe a curtain with a green light system would work better as usually my kids missing and enjoying should be a fun giggly experience instead I felt terrible for the people waiting for us hoping and urging everyone to hurry along some brilliant holes I wanted time to pose for pics ect but at same time felt pitty for those wanting to start their next hole while I try nd arrange my boys for a picture I felt rude where as I should of been relaxed and enjoying in essence the concept is brilliant the design top notch but the execution of it all was a total rushed stressed shambles sorry not more pics :( had a reply which u can all see and I did contact said "adam" 8 weeks later no response so adam did change my review but not from 3-5 but from 3-1 terrible customer service mini golf elsewhere with an ice cream I'd suggest as you'll only be left with a...

Came today, with myself and two friends. Upon arrival noticed it was quiet. We sat with a drink waiting for the other member of oir group to arrive. Once all together, we was greeted at the reception by a very polite young lad who explained the rules. We only wanted one game which we was offered 1 game and a drink deal which is fairly priced. The course we did was zoro which was fun great for photos and also has my favourite tv show only fools and horses. Only down fall most hole are flat but the themes are great. Overall a great afternoon with great company. Only down fall in my mind but i suppose its because of town 5.25 for a pint of morretti. Nice pint though. On a final note i would like to say thank you to craig, who came on the course to see if everything was ok and offered extra drinks. Absolutely the best day out in Swansea! 10/10 vibes, customer service and all around service. Our server Joey went above and beyond for us in every way, probably the nicest person I’ve ever been served by and the whole team in general where phenomenal! It was our first time there, but it felt as if we were regulars! The mini golf course where brilliant, the sets where incredible visually and to take photos with, I specifically got a photo with E.T in the classic bike scene and I am now officially the happiest guy in the world! If mini golf doesn’t float your boat, they have a sweet darts set up with tonnes of mini games to choose from, or you can smash a friend in there ping pong table! Honestly even if you just want to have a couple drinks with friends, this is the place to be.
