Marks & Spencer — Attraction in Great Britain

Ladies toilets :- Dear M&S Inverness, I visited your store toilets yesterday for the first time in quite a while and I honestly was absolutely shocked. When I entered the first cubicle was being exited but I decided to choose another cubicle. Two cubicles had signs on them, these were not available. I go into an available cubicle, things haven't flushed away so I enter another cubicle, the same situation there also. I then flush both toilets and just watch the bowl fill up to over half way and nothing disappeared. I then go back to the original first cubicle which is fine thankfully.

Next the sinks! One sink on the far right has red n white hazard tape over it. The sink next to it that I go to use has no running water! By now I'm wondering what on earth has happened to the standards of these toilets. It honestly reminded me of horrendous public toilets of a bygone era! There is clearly a problem with plumbing that needs to be rectified as this was an unexpected, unpleasant and actually quite sad visit to this facility. The only positive I can give is they did appear perfectly clean (10:15AM ish on a Monday). And yes I did share my thoughts with a member of staff who had entered the toilets whilst...

Staying in Drumnadrochit for the week and popped into m&S in Inverness for a bit of retail therapy, my husband found 2 jumpers and 2 packs of socks he liked, we headed for the checkout and a lovely lady asked us if we had the app, being nearly 60 and not very technical we didn't, she said how easy it was and showed us how to do it and told us all about the offers and discounts, so we went outside and got the app, we looked at the offers and we added 10% discount offer, so we went back in and I then decided to buy myself a few jumpers from their new range and we went back to the same check out to pay, the lady and her colleagues were just so helpful, we got £11 off our shopping and have more offers waiting to be used. So we are feeling extremely happy with the care and excellent level of customer service we received by the staff. Nothing to much trouble and went out of there...

The money exchange department is absolutely Awful! went there 4 weeks ago to get my money exchanged , was given the wrong amount short by 1000 pesos ! I didn't realise until I was back at work then to get a call from the cashier asking me to come back as they hadn't given me the correct amount not my passport back, had to then return to the store to get the rest of the money and my passport. The guy was clueless didn't know what he was doing spent approximately a further 45 mins with him trying to get it sorted. .. Go back after holiday to return some of the pesos only to get some of the money returned as there are only certain notes they will except! terrible customer service I will not be using them in...
