This was, without a doubt, the worst takeaway experience I have ever had. On Just Eat they call themselves a Greek Gyros when in reality it's a substandard Kebab Shop with an AI generated menu and photos. The food was truly inedible, and the customer service was a masterclass in incompetence that genuinely has to be read to be believed. We waited 45 minutes for our order of the 'Monster Gyros Wrap'—a name that, in retrospect, refers not to the size, but to the sheer horror contained within. What we received was a mixed lamb and chicken döner instead of the simple chicken and halloumi we ordered. As neither of us can eat lamb (my partner gets severely ill from it), this was immediately a complete waste of time and money. Then began the unbelievable phone saga. I called the restaurant and spoke to a man who literally did not know what a Gyros wrap was or what was supposed to be in his own menu item. He left me on hold for five minutes, clearly just taking new orders, until I had to loudly shout "hello" to get his attention. He then told me to wait and hung up on me, promising a callback that never came. I had to call back repeatedly, only to have my calls declined until I finally broke through again. When I did, I had to essentially read him the menu description for him to agree to send a replacement. The replacement finally arrived, and I almost wish it hadn't. The wrap was terrible: the bread had a distinctly sour, off-putting taste, the onions were aggressively bad, and the promised halloumi was a single, paper-thin, tasteless shaving—a piece of cheese so small it felt like a cheap practical joke. To top it all off, the oregano chips tasted exactly like soap. It wasn't a hint of soap; it was like they were fried in pure washing-up liquid. The food is terrible, the staff is clueless, and the service is actively hostile. Their online food photos are AI-generated because they bear absolutely no resemblance to the cold, incorrect, detergent-flavoured reality I received. Check the reviews before you order here. I wish I had. Avoid this place.

I ordered a delivery via the preferred online gateway (xfood). It was late, midweek and miserable out. Not even close to Preston Circus, but up to the top of Bear road. Mixed lamb and chicken doner with chips. Couple of cans of drink. Arrived in about forty minutes - which was ten minutes after the shop closed! Best chilli sauce in town, excellent food all round and a proper hygiene record. 'Abra-kebab-ra'

A genuine example of authentic Turkish Cusine. Open 7 days a week until late and seating inside. Check out the cheesey chips for a true taste of Turkiye

Been ordering family meals from this place for nearly 15 years now. Placing an order over the phone, as well as online is fast and easy. I’ve always been pleased with the friendly service and my food, however one time my order had a mix up where I received a lamb donner instead of a chicken donner but the food was still good none the less! On another occasion my order was lacking one can of Coca-Cola, but the rest of my large order was in check. Delivery is always on time (except for one exceptionally busy evening but I called the kebab house and they sent my order right away). Those are the only two inconveniences that I’ve experienced in my time of ordering from here! My parents, boyfriend, and my best friend love this place’s food too. Definitely one of my favourite food places ever. I don’t think I’ll ever change my go-to kebab house! I’m always craving my usual 2 orders from here (meal number 1 and meal number 4, all salad with garlic sauce!). I feel that most of the reviews here don’t do this place justice! But I guess that’s just my experience over the...

For purposes of clarification for this upcoming review; I am neither drunk now, nor was I when I consumed this symphony of flavours. I love Turkish Delight. Their food is genuinely delicious. I ordered yesterday on Deliveroo and delivery was prompt and everything was still hot, and although the driver had finished his journey, mine was only just beginning. Unwrapping this wax paper wrapped present of delights I was presented by two (!) pickled jalapeno, pickled red cabbage, white onion, cabbage, tomato and lettuce. However, the crowing glory of this incredible feast were the smokey and succulent jewels of charcoal grilled chicken, marinated in chilli, ginger, and garlic, and yoghurt. Working through this Aladdin's cave of treasures I was hit with waves of garlic sauce that penetrated through the layers of crisp fresh salad. Chilli sauce piqued my taste buds before they dived again into the ocean of taste. The pitta, not to be forgotten, was hot and soaked up the abundant sauce, swirled with deep reds, purples and white. I want another one and I want it...
