A shopping mall for the Uber wealthy, who expect quality of service and products when shopping. Unfortunately, since opening in March 2006, they've struggled to hold on to most of their designer stores and most have succumb to the lack of demand, rendering a large proportion of the mall vacant, including almost the entire 1st floor.

The building is well planned, it houses Everyman Cinema, a good restaurants, boutiques, coffee shop and a lot more.
The surrounding is very neat, and it's worth a day out with the family.
