CitySightseeing - London — Attraction in London

We experienced difficulties and communication issues from the start when I booked the 3 days pass and a special tour online with them. We were given two different meeting points for the tour. The company the tour was with was helpful but city sightseeing was useless responding. We had trouble getting the boat at the end of our tour (I guess we should have just skipped it) when there was a 90min delay and we ended up getting an uber to get us to our theatre that night because we couldn’t wait for the busses. We were given no communication that several stops which happened to be closer to our hotel were closed for Saturday. I struggle with mobility and we were left to walk instead. We discovered the several other options for HOHO in town offered more stops closer together and had more buses running and better options. Lesson learned. The worst part was on our last day (yesterday) we had pressed the button to get off at the next stop. The driver turned the bus around before getting to the Piccadilly spot (the road was closed expectedly) and went all the way back to Big Ben and the start of the route and decommissioned the bus leaving us stranded. When I complained (there were other customers left stranded as well ) the driver said the driver was insulting and said it was unexpected and we should realize that. The driver should have made an announcement and gave us the option to get off close to our stop!!! When I said we had customer service issues with this customer for the past few days she laughed at me and said well why did you keep getting on?? At that point I lost my cool and I’m not proud of what I said to her but I stand behind what I said. It was accurate. Meanwhile she just kept laughing and taunting.
