Beautiful place to walk around and sit. Great views, tasty food stalls, next to naval college. It's a shame that one of the buskers, Nino Maddalena, is there daily, screeching out, and massacring, his repetitive repertoire of half a dozen songs. He is loud and terrible. He's been coming daily for a few years. Grinding out the same songs over and over again. Drowning out the other excellent singers out there. He makes me buy earplugs, and grimace.
