Psycho Shop Assistant...Ms Sandra While is a discredit to Marx and Spencer.
Ms Sandra While, the changing room assistant, asked how many clothes I had. I said I didn’t know, as I had not counted them yet.
She abruptly ordered me to ‘count them’ and strode off to the counter in the changing room.
The counter she was standing at was already full of items so I counted them out on the nearby sofa and waited for her to return, as she seemed to be ignoring me.
She then asked how many items I had and I told her.
She shouted rudely, ‘Come up here. Those seats are for old people to sit on not for you to dump your clothes on’.
I walked up to her and she started lecturing me on how many items I could take into the changing room.
I was wondering what form of mental illness she was suffering from as she seemed oddly out of control. Was she having some kind of psychotic episode?
I politely said three times’ I’m happy for you to sort them out’. I left my arm out for her to take the items.
She decided to ignored me three times, choosing to scold me in a disrespectful manner . I chose not to verbalise.I remained passive allowing her to yap on.
She seemed to want an argument but I was not going to be pulled into that situation.
She grabbed the items out of my hands, rolled her eyes and was so manic that she was dropping the clothes on the floor.
She seemed to be having some kind of mental issue going on. In a little freaky world of her own.
She grimaced and snapped, ‘This won’t do!’, and tangled the clothes up even more. I said nothing.
Then she shouts, ‘I haven’t got time for this it’ll be getting busy soon’
At that point I realise that she was totally out of control and made a complaint in the store and formal written complaint to head office.
Ms Sandra While is not a credit to the reputation of Marx and Spencer. She has no business dealing front of house with clients. She exhibits bizzare behaviour that is actually quite sad.
Once I complained she removed from the changing room and put on the till.
Perhaps that's where this moron belongs...sorting pennies.

Read more😀 I visited M and S at 70 Finsbury pavement Moorgate London today Wednesday 17 September and paid for my clothing shop 2.58pm. I will start with the positives.
😀 All I can say is Hallelujah praise the lord for some decent customers service assistants at this M and S. Thank You Cala on ground floor women department for serving me and Thank You to who I believe to be the manager in the food section in the basement in a light coloured blazer for providing non invasive customer service.
⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ On the other hand the negatives at this M and S store. There is a customer service assistant female with black hair about chin length scrapped back into a low ponytail tail and about 5 foot tall who was stomping around the ground floor women's wear department like she owns M and S and I could hear her huffing and puffing and getting herself annoyed because she had to put the clothes back on to the rails. Said customer service assistant then got more annoyed and took it personally and plays the victim when I refused to be served by her at the tills on the ground floor with my clothes shopping. No it doesn't work like that.... No I don't tolerate being served by someone who is easily annoyed and triggered and possibly fly off the handles for me that is an unsafe person. No I am not willing to take that risk over some M and S clothes. This M and S shopping experience has thought me not to return to this M and S store and I will go anywhere else or stay online.
To avoid said annoyed customer service assistant I tried to go self service by putting clothes shop through the basement food hall self check out however the clothes barcodes did not work in the food hall self check out tills.
My feedback to this M and S is if you can't get enough decent customer service staff then go no contact with self check tills across all departments that is my preference as I am not willing to get in possible altercation over some M and S clothes not...
Read moreToday I visited the M&S store near Moorgate station(70 Finsbury Pavement, Moorgate, London EC2A 1SA) to exchange a pair of trousers that had been bought in Meadowhall, Sheffield - for a pair of shoes of the same value. The trousers had been bought as a gift and I did not have the receipt.
The customer service assistant took ONE glance at the trousers and said they were in unacceptable condition for exchange; using the words "filthy" and "worn".
Firstly, it still has all its original tags and most definitely has NOT been worn because it does not fit! Secondly, the texture of the material itself does have a slight "worn" feeling to it but that is how it felt when it was first received! Regardless... One cannot wear something that does not fit. It makes no sense logically or financially to keep them.. Hence the want to exchange.
This assistant did not even allow me to say anything. He just shoved the product back in the bag and said "I'm not exchanging this".
As I was leaving the store I found the same trousers to compare with the one I have.. I see/feel no difference.. Whatsoever. They both have a faded look to them, they both have the same worn feeling, they both have a casual creased look to them.
I am thoroughly displeased with his behaviour and the way he dealt with my exchange.
I reiterate, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the trousers and I still want an exchange so I will be writing to M&S shortly.
What is even MORE disgusting.. Is that at the same counter.. A woman was allowed to return a pink swimsuit with the hygiene tag missing claiming that "it was like that when I bought it".
I just think that it is so unacceptable to have such double standards within...
