Official London Theatre — Attraction in London

On my way to London, I googled the show that I wanted to see there. Their website was the first on the search results as if they were the "official" website for London theatres. I did not pay enough attention that they had probably paid for it as an ad to be like that. I ended up booking two tickets for my show on their website. When they did not send the tickets via email, I checked everything again and I realised that they were not the official vendor for that show and they had charged us more than the real official website would have for that show. I sent an email to them, they sent an arrogant sounding reply saying that these tickets are not refundable and the official theatre would email the tickets three days before the show. First time ordering tickets with them and will NEVER use them again and DO NOT recommend! They had an error on their website and sent me the wrong tickets, then wanted me to buy new tickets in order to get the correct tickets instead of just sending me the correct tickets. Staff and management were not helpful either, rude and dismissive and claimed I could not have a refund and the only way to get new tickets was to purchase new ones. It took a long time, several emails and follow-up calls before someone kindly LISTENED (Thank you Danielle) and I finally got the correct tickets sent without having to purchase additional tickets. I booked two tickets to a show and booked the wrong date. I emailed in asking if I could change the date and they said I’d have to buy new tickets and the old ones would be refunded. So I purchased new tickets, replied to them with the new booking reference and within an hour the refund had been authorised on PayPal.
