The London Kitchen — Attraction in London

The London Kitchen is highly recommended. We had to cancel an indoor restaurant booking for my wife’s significant birthday event because of Covid restrictions and quickly needed to replace it with an outdoor event for 14 people (in our own small garden). I sent an SOS to a handful of caterers and Damian at TLK was the first to respond. Within a day or so he was round at our house to size up the space and the possibilities. Quite literally going the extra mile(s)! No one else offered to do that.

We then agreed menus and on the day itself Damian arrived 2-3 hours before kick-off with Paul, who was the on-site chef. A third member of the crew, Thiago, joined them soon after. Nothing was rushed, nothing too much trouble. They gave themselves lots of time to get everything right. From the beginning their professionalism, good humour and calm demeanour made them an absolute pleasure to have in our house.

Once the guests arrived, they were well attended to with drinks and delicious canapés, and once we were seated the courses each arrived superbly served. All the food was absolutely delicious. Happy guests, happy birthday girl, great night. The next day Damian came back to retrieve equipment, crockery, glassware, cutlery etc. Easy, minimal clearing up, and sensitivity to sore heads.
