Tuk Tuk Mart had been nothing but brilliant from start to finish!

One item was out of stock, I was promptly contacted with a substitute offer. I chosen entirely different products and Tuk Tuk Mart sent my order the same day.

It arrived next early afternoon with DPD, packaged extremely well and secure, in sturdy double box. Products are great and fresh veg are fresher than from other online Asian supermarkets.

Customer service was very polite, prompt, professional and helpful/accommodating.

It's been the best experience compared to other 3 Asian supermarkets I used this month and with free delivery over only £55 (compared to over £100 at other shops) Tuk Tuk Mart will be my go to shop for sure.

There’s a shelf right at the front when you get in are selling something around 50% off or less, but those items are expired at least for a month or 2. There are no price tag at all in the freezer for most items and the stocks are a messy. The staffs who are putting up stocks on the shelf are not so friendly when I asked them politely where the chili sauce is, she claimed “I don’t know just look it for yourself”, but awhile after there’s any girl asking her for a product where it is, she immediately put down everything on her hand and say I am not sure but I will find for you, then she go to show her the way. Lastly, the noodle brand I intend to buy are all expired for a month already! No matter loose package or a package of 5 they are all expired, I am sure there’s a much better choice of Asian...
